Nice restaurant with tasty food, located on the 2nd floor with amazing view. You pay 2800lkr and eat how much you want. The food is not very spicy 🔥. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Recommend!

This is a nice restaurant located at a nice place, right in front of mahaweli river with a nice view. Everything is good except the food, yes the food can be bad. If it is bad don't worry, you can order cocktails, mocktails, fresh fruit juices, coffees, teas, and beer, wine and other liquor etc. Sri lankan food tastes awesome when it comes to South East Asian food but if the chef don't know what he's doing you'll never get to taste the proper taste of our foods. If you visit here take my advice and thank me later. Edit: Let me be a bit kind and lets say you need more seasoning on your food and please just do that add a bit more salt, give a taste before you send it to your customers. If you wanna dine in here don't go for the cheaper option which is the buffet, my advice is to order stuff from the A-la-carte so they have to cook food right there and then and remember to always tip the steward.

Typical touristic place to which larger tourist groups are being brought. The food quality was acceptable and served in a buffet style. Prices are somewhat higher than in other comparable restaurants.

Great food, service and view! The manager and wait staff were super attentive to our large group and specific dietary needs. Not sure if this is because we came after the lunch time rush. The food was on point...most of us had the buffet which is a mix for Sri Lankan and Western options, however a la carte options are available as well. The view at the back is stunning, so try and get one at the end of the hotel (see the pic).

We had a great lunch buffet just for 900LKR per head. Washrooms are super clean.

A superb place to have a main meal in Kandy. Served as a buffet. There are so many varieties of food available in the menu including soup, appetizers, salads, main course and dessert. Restaurant manager and other staff is very friendly. Serves very well for the tour guides. There ara so many shops to buy souvenirs to foreigners. Parking is limited. Staff is friendly.

This is the place where buses full of tourists stop for lunch. The price for lunch buffet was 1200 Rs. that's why we haven't even tried.

I know this resturant has good ratings which was 4.5 at the time of me posting this review and i was really disappointed about this resturant they made us wait for 40 minuts which by the way they informed us that it will take that long which am not complaining but my god the food is just bad i mean really bad the. We ordered chicken biryani and herbal marinated chicken and some went for the buffet and the chicken was old dry feels like it was cooked befour 4 hours or more and the taste was really bad, although price wise it was not that expensive and the staff were kind but the food was just unbearable. I also edited this review just to inform you that they gave us 20% discount but that didnt mean anything since we waited 40 minuts for bad food

We had a not so good experience at this restaurant, we did believe the ratings which is why we chose this place but apparently, not all guests are treated the same. Indians who look like srilankans obviously are not given a great service as they would for a white man. Over that they had the buffet and the it was horrible.we could not eat even a spoon full of any dish. Every food has a fish stench. Even the papad. We ended up having watermelon and pinaple . May be it's not for Indians. Or maybe the foreigners just thing this is how the food would be? Not so cool man. They however have a nice view of river valley at the rear.

It all about the view and good food. Fresh and quick. Prices are above average. Pricey but affordable. Hemamali was taken care of all needs she was quick, welcoming and pleasant. We will be back. Thanks Guys

Went there for a Lunch buffet. This is mainly targeted for foreigners. You can have less spicy food here. Price is cheaper. It’s 2800 PP. Dessert is not good. Only papaw and batter fried banana was there to eat. People working in there are mainly focused on the foreigners.

Buffet was a failure for us. Bad western food. Too crowded. Tourist trap in my opinion. Pretty view though. Clean washrooms. Our guide felt bad for bringing us here.

If you are an Indian, better to avoid this. View is okay but mostly filled with western people. Ala carte menu is very very limited and prices are absurdly high. Buffet seems overpriced with the food items displayed. Please avoid this place in Kandy.

Worst lunch experience in Kandy!Stale food ,bad service and bad everything went bad.. If you don't want to fall sick during your Srilanka tour ,stay away!

Date of visit - 18th February 2022. Delicious food and reasonably priced. We were late for lunch so couldn't cover the buffet with pictures. Great hospitality from the manager and the staff. Parking is available. Hope to visit again.
