AVOID DO NOT VISIT I feel so sad that this kind of thing happens. It really sours how one feels about a place. They charged me double. I had to challenge aggressively to pay the listed price. I ordered vegetable rice curry and a Coke. They charged me 450rupees. Rice curry at average places in Sri Lanka (not street stalls , not upscale establishments or areas) will cost 120-250. I did not check the menu first, and I do not read Sinhala. However, they do have a sign up that indicates banana leaf vegetable rice curry is 170. They lied and said it was for something different. When I asked to see the menu they refused. When I showed them photos of a menu on Google they skirted the issue. When I challenged my 450 rupee bill they immediately dropped the price to 400. I still argued and they asked what I would pay (???). Then they said 350. I sat down and tried to translate the signs and said I would write a review. They said 250. I paid and left (it should have been 220). To top it all off, the curries were mediocre at best. Please do not support this poor behavior. It is bad for tourism in Sri Lanka.

Very bad experience in 1st floor lunch dine-in area is horrible and disgusting smell. Food also not very good. Not like early days.

I bought a prawn rice and Faluda from this shop. There is no taste in this fried rice 🤢🤢 Big Nadu rice was used for this fried rice. There were only 5 pieces of prawns, but the price was Rs.850. There was no taste. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from this

Today I had a chicken kottu from here. It looked really very delicious and I thought that taste also would be the same. But unfortunately I was wrong. It was too much oily. I don't know why do they add such too much oil to kottu. It was just like oil soup actually. It was 410 rupees and I never think that it is worth for that price. Can be satisfied with the quantity, but the quality was worst. Anyway I had to spend half of night in toilet on that day. I have eaten kottu in many times from here 2 years ago. But those were better than nowadays. I'm sorry if my review did any damage to the reputation of your restaurant. But I hope you find out the truth of what I said and do something about it.

They need to improve food and beverages quality tp equal expensive prices

Once it was a good place to meet and eat when you are in Kandy. Food looks okay but think twice about the cleanliness. (You should check your own).. The management is horrible and they think their customers are dogs and ready to eat whatever they provide Definitely you will be running to the toilet 10 to 20 times if you eat there. ( Public toilet is also next to this place)

Foods are too much greasy. It's disgusting to eat at all. Biryani is just coloured rice with some little condiments. I got sick after having lunch.🤢 Staff is friendly to us that's the reason why I giving 2 stars. But foods are horrible. Otherwise not worthy at all. Not recommended for anyone 👎

Very disappointed. Worst customer service.. Treating customers in a manner (using bad words). Manager too did not want to take responsibility. They served with spoiled food, and when we complainted they refused to accept their fault.. never recommend this hotel.

Every time I dine here the staff are highly professional, friendly, attentive and honest. Food quality has remained consistent each time. Some of the best food I've had in all of Sri Lanka (visited 8 cities over 27 days). Pricing is also accurate for foreigners. One of my favorite aspects of the Rice & Curry with Chicken (350lkr) is they include beets!! Can't recommend this place enough.
