Great price hotel in great location. Fantastic Roof top pool and bar. Food and drink prices higher than average. Western style food menu and cocktails available. Great rooms and bathrooms with hot powerful showers. Would definitely stay again.

OH… MY… GOODNESS! This place rocks! The staff goes above and beyond for your every need and desire. The pool is the nicest rooftop pool I’ve ever been to. Food is great. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. Best views of Kandy from the room balcony and also the rooftop upper deck. I am sad to check out but I would highly recommend this classy, modern, but reasonably priced hotel any day!!!

We were warmly welcome from the get-go, with amazing hospitality and a big smile. The staff made our stay blessed, and happy. The room was very comfortable and cozy, room 310 where we stayed had an amazing view. I still remember the evening and the morning coffee that I had overlooking a beautiful view. It was indeed fresh air and peace of mind. When it comes to the food I think the 5-course meal was too big to handle, it was too much food to eat. Hence, I believe it's best if they could inform the quantity or I'm sure it will go to waste. Even though the nighttime main dishes were not up to our taste buds, we highly enjoyed the breakfast we had and the deserts the hotel had to offer. Special thank you to the Lobby Attendants at the hotel who welcomed us for easy check-in and check-out. Also, I would like to thank all the staff who served us kindly with a big smiles. We will be visiting the hotel again just for the hospitality of the staff. Overall it was a wonderful experience, food wise there is a need for improvement, but we loved the stay and we will definitely visit again.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The food wasn't the best. Long wait for food, about 1 hour for food to be available. Regarding drinks, they are not included in the menu! Not even 1 bottle of water! At breakfast, it is always necessary to ask for more juice, as it does not work as a self-service. Regarding the rooms, very small. Laundry service, terrible. It took over 24 hours for us to return the clothes. Our experience at this hotel was not good.

Great room and a fantastic lake view overlooking the mountains. Downside is the hotel is heavily understaffed. Buffet Breakfast was ok. But no waiting staff. All self service. Great location and close to The Temple of the Tooth. Price is bit too much overall.

Had a wonderful stay at OZO Kandy. The staff was very helpful, the rooms where clean and spacious, the breakfast was tasteful, and the pool area was amazing. Will definitely come back! We spent one night in a Deluxe Room with balcony overlooking the lake, it was great!

Stayed there for 2 days and 1 night, on Christmas Day. Food was pretty good however there was a large amount of people at dinner and the hotel seemed understaffed, however, the waiters were very apologetic for the slow service. We had a fairly large party and there was an issue regarding a location for us to dine in and the manager was kind enough to arrange a table for us. The rooms have a great view of the Kandy city. The only issues we experienced were the fact that there was no lock on the bathroom door(in all the rooms). Wld recommend. Nice place and very amiable staff.

The rooms were very clean and in excellent condition, it was ideal for a relaxing stay. The fourth floor has a beautiful view, where you can see the Kandy Lake as well as the Dalada Maligawa. Food was delicious and the buffet had a variety of both international and local cuisine. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely visit again.

Pluses- located closer to the Kandy lake and can enjoy a good morning/ evening walk around the lake. Away from the busy kandy city and relaxing. Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Our room had a beautiful view too. The staff is friendly and courteous, and they accommodated late check out for us as our train was at 3pm. Minuses- the A/C in our room was not working. Tried contacting the lobby/room service to inform but failed. Later informed a maintenance person passing by and later we were told that it was due to some maintenance work going on and due to the ongoing power cuts in the country. A/C was working in the night but stopped working the following day too. The heat during day time was unbearable. Breakfast was basic and lacked variety. But it was filling. We stayed on BB basis and didn't have time to dip in the pool. Hotel has a rooftop bar as well.

We stayed at OZO kandy which calm and quiet in heart of the city. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and tidy. Food was delicious. We participate to new year celebration and enjoyed very much. We will come back definitely.

We had a memorable stay at OZO Kandy. The staff was very helpful and kind that have provide us an exceptional hospitality service. Food was finger licking 😋. The room was comfortable and clean. Great cocktails & rooftop pool. Access to the pool is Rs.2000 which is used as bar credit. Happy hour with 30% off cocktails is 6-7pm making it one of the cheaper places in Kandy. Staff have always been fantastic. We visited many times over our 6 weeks in Kandy.

Room was comfortable but not well lit even though there were lots of lights! Breakfast buffet was a great selection but the hot food was only warm and plates were cold. Freshly prepared eggs were very good.

It was a great place to stay specially with the short proximity to the Temple of Tooth. Hotel is very neat and tidy, and staff is very much helpful. Hotel manager went over and above to provide required facilities in a very short period of time. Recommending you OZO if you are looking for a stay in the middle of Kandy!

Great venue for evening drinks and snacks with a nice view over Kandy lake. The pool ticket (2000Rs) deal is great as you get access to the pool with 2000Rs credit at the bar. Happy hour is between 6 and 7 with 30% off selected drinks.

Great place for a short stay. Good value for money. Food is OK and service was good. Rooms were big enough and great views of the Kandy city. A must try is the rooftop pool and bar. Amazing place for a drink overlooking the night lights of the city.

Stayed 1 night. Amazing hotel. Awesome view over the mountains and lake. Clean and modern room with great bed and shower. Excellent service throughout and the breakfast was exceptional. Huge buffet, good quality and a real bean to cup espresso machine. Rooftop cocktail bar and pool must be one of the better places in the city for drinks!
