Awesome host who is very resourceful. He can arrange sharing tours for you to save up on money. The beds are clean and the ambience is awesome.

It is indeed the best hostel in Kandy! We have stayed there several times. The staff is very friendly. Good breakfast of eggs, coffee/tea and fruits. Coffee and tea are for free in the mornings. You can get free drinking water if you ask. Rooms are nice, clean, comfortable and with good natural light. Very close to the lake. Good WiFi. Ask hosts for suggestions what to see around.

Great hostel to stay in, comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful. They will provide great advice regarding trip planning, and day trips to different places at a very reasonable price. The place is clean and the facilities is well-equipped. No air-conditioning is there, but not required due to the colder climate. The location is a bit further from the city, but it’s very quiet. A great place to meet with other visitors and maybe new friends!

We stayed in the budget double room, which was quite comfortable. The room was very clean, as well as the bedsheets and towels provided, and the shared bathroom. Warm water is available. Being on the top floor, WiFi connection was a big problem (normally this wouldn't have been an issue, however we needed to get some planning done), but worked well in the common area. Staff members are super friendly, ready to help at anytime! We fell in love with their friendly Dalmatian dog, Siba, we spent a good part of our stay playing with her!! The place is around 15 mins walk to the city, but we really enjoyed the walk. Overall, we had a great stay!

Very friendly staff, helping with planning nice activities, booking train tickets and give travel advice for the rest of Sri Lanka. Relaxed atmosphere, a bit out of the centre so nice and quit, but walking distance from the city. Dorms (with fan) and bathroom are simple, and staff immediately helps when needed. Breakfast is simple but really nice :) Good price/quality

Amazing help from the host. He is honest and will give you unbiased advice. The atmosphere of the hostel is very nice, you meet lots of people here.

Accomodating staff. I was anxious in missing my flight back to Colombo because of the prior unfortunate events and they helped me every step of the way making sure i'd get there just in time. Thank you!

The guy who owns this place is the best. He is super friendly, gets you tours that are cheapest in town, he is really helpful and easygoing. He goes out of his way to help you if needed. The hostel is really nice, clean, organized and safe. Breakfasts are amazing. There is always tea and coffee for free you can help yourself. Beds don't have mosquito net (yet) but there was not mosquitos when I stayed there. Good wifi, clean bathrooms and showers (not that big though). The atmosphere in the hostel is great. I give it 5/5 thumbs up!

We had a great stay here. Manuj the owner is really friendly, we had some great chats with him and he even helped us plan out the rest of our time in Sri Lanka and gave us tips on where to go etc. thanks for the amazing hospitality!
