I visited Kandy on 2019 and I stay 2 days in this hotel. I'm not satisfied with the room . I pay 14 thousand ruppes for the room . But the service is better than room. The location of this place is not bad but you only can see a small town of Kandy. I really whant to tell about this hotel balcony. It's not safe for children's. There is a big canel on out side and the tv connection is not working well. I love the Foods service of this hotel. It's so tasty and healthy. I eat some bread with butter and I drink some tea for my breakfast. They served the food quickly. Overall it's good for booking for 1 day . Please don't visit with your younger Children's if you visit please take more care of your children's and you.

First of all, this hotel is located in a very scenic view of Kandy overlooking the Lake and the Tooth Relic Temple. Dining is set on the top floor for great view. Personnel of this hotel are brilliant and super friendly. We had to amend our reservation, we were assisted so well and the entire process went smooth. Mr. Prasad, hotel manager, gave us nice insights to places to visit and was helpful in organising Taxi at a decent fare. For sure worth to recommend !

Nice place to spend a night in Kandy. Budgetary place and good customer service. Clean rooms and nice view with balcony (Clear view with Dalada Maligawa).

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains and the rooms are very comfortable. Also there is a good view point of kandy city and the temple of the tooth relic.

Best place to stay if you are ona budget and looking for quality both . Top of te class hospitality and great staff .And the food is i have nobwords to say awesome place. The view is brrath taking.if you wanna escape from hot climate in colombo come and see.thats all i can say... cheers..

We stayed there only for one night and found it very cordial. The hotel staff who kept our information during check in was very friendly and polite . Though the room didn’t have much view and we can’t really enjoy it because of monkeys. Although We had to leave early in the morning so that hotel staff managed breakfast for us as we paid for the breakfast.

Location is awesome .. you can see the beauty of kandy city from the hotel.. very helpful staff.I went to this hotel with my family and few of relatives. Great location. Can see whole kandy city. Nice view. Has a good space for parking..walking distance from kandy city or can get tuk for 50 LKR. Meals are very delicious. Good staff and customer service.

This place is a hidden treasure, located close to kandy city, the restaurant has a superb view off the kandy city in the night. Prompt service with variety of snacks and main dishes, BYOB, no corkage was charged. 👌✔️

Great views from the room. All amenities were great. The staff at the front desk even prepared a takeout breakfast for us as we had to leave at 6:30.

Had lunch for several times. We loved the place But now its changed. The type of the food and the taste of it. We were amazed last time, that what happened with this hotel. Months early the food was so good even it was pricey. But now price increased, quantity decreased and even the taste. But the place is so good to be.

We paid about 42$CAD for the room. It includes a breakfast a good buffet breakfast with a great view of Kandy. There is no elevator and there is no exhaust vent in the bathroom (so it gets misty in there) I would recommend this place for sure

We enjoyed our stay at Kandy Supreme Hotel. The owner and the staff went out of their way to help us and make our stay pleasant. We would definitely recommend this hotel! Be aware though that the girls college opposite starts early morning with big band music! :-) So no sleep-ins after 7 am.
