A nice place to stay if you're looking for something on a budget. It has rooms ranging from dormitory, non AC and AC rooms with beautiful views. Its 2kms away from the tooth relic temple and the Kandy lake. The only negative it just has one charging point in a dormitory for 3. Other than that with a helpful host and a wonderful location it's a good place to spend time if you're in KANDY.

The manager of the property treats you like you're staying for FREE. No manners and simply money minded!!! Doesn't know how to treat a guest! I had a verified booking but was denied entry saying that I should pay extra whereas the price I booked online was low! We chose to leave due to his I'll manners.

Worker didn’t knew about our reservation. The room was looking absolutely different than the photos and was disgusting. They offered us shared bathroom, even though we reserved private one. After we didn’t accepted the room, they took us to different place and show almost same hideous condition. We have to look for a different place to stay at 10pm. Highly do not recommend

Place is OK. Close to Kandy city. But everything needed to managed, (Ex - we booked for 7 people, they only provided 5 pillows, No blankets.) Water pressure of bathroom shower was too law. Price is law, so some might say those inconveniences are ok. But I had way better experience in other places in similar price ranges.

Actual room view and maintainence are not matching the display pictures and I dont recommend this place for family or a couple, We (family) didnt stay this place due to its condition and owner didnt even refund our advance payment, Date visited: 18th August

Very bad and unclean rooms. Bathrooms are disgusting . Hot water not working. No parking for the cars. Service also worst. At least even not answering phones. The manager is always drunk . Need to say same thing few times for him. No safety here. Worst rooms of the Kandy.

Room is nice and budget friendly but service was not that great. When we called the owner, he said that he has a room for us for a specific price. Upon arrival, his employee told us there are only more expensive rooms available. So we took one and it was nice - very bright, with balcony and views of the city and forest. Two times we ordered breakfast for 7.30 in the morning as we had buses to catch. Both times they were not able to prepare it by that time and we had to leave without eating.

Good location, not too far from the lake. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with a nice balcony area overlooking the jungle area. We did not have breakfast here however this was offered to us. The staff helped us with planning buses to visit the elephant orphanage. Would stay here again.

Nice place. The owner was friendly and helpful. Rooms were good, too. I would recommend this place, if you are looking for a budget place, which is reasonably good.

This place is better than any hotel in Kandy. Because the guy who serves the rooms are really friendly. Very reasonable price and comfortable rooms are available anytime. The view from the room is super awesome. The hotel is situated in Lewella. So dont bother to find it cause the maps will navigate you easily. 10 mins from the Kandy town. Highly recommend hotel.

Worth for price but not luxury rooms..

Place is ok and the person who is in there as the manager is a good person. We (a group of 5 guys) booked two triple rooms just for one night. Our purpose was to spend the night and leave early morning. We reached the place around 8.30 p.m. and left 6.30 a.m. next day. We were told by the lady who answers phone calls, that there is only one common bathroom for both rooms and we were completely ok for it. But when we reached the place, there were two other families from 2 rooms, sharing the same bathroom. As we didn't have any other options and also since those families were with small kids we didn't want to make a scene. Wifi is useless you can't even load Google.

Owner was friendly and helpful. If you are looking budget place to stay around Kandy this is the place 👌 Everything was good

Low budget standard double room .It has an attached bathroom . It cost me about LKR 1600 per night (visited on 14th Aug 2022) . The manager was amicable and very attentive. Would definitely visit again

Very good place within walking distance to Sri Dalada Palace. I can say that it is a good place to stop for a day.

Pretty clean place. Shared bathroom wss clean and had hit water. Only issue was o e rok. I had a smoker and whole corridor smelled like cigs

I'm traveling all-around srilanka, this the worst stay place I saw . we made a online booking , but the property owner denied that he not resolved the booking , and they try to book offline with higher price 😕. This accommodation is average. Staff provide good service. But it's not glamorous. Parking facilities are not enough. The rooms are not very clean. As per current prices The room rates are reasonable.

I had nice experience. There are many locations with deferent view. Provided nice hospitality.

I got a very fair place for the price I paid. One problem was that the water pressure in the shower was low. Very free, quiet place.
