I booked double room with balcony... It is small room but so many faclities available. I cant believe that. Price is so cheap. Very clean and owner (lady) is very kind and helpful. Wifi is great and totally free. Bathroom is clean and excellent. It is situated in 2km away from kandy. But we can go kandy in 20 minutes. Balcony view is awesome. We can see knuckles mountains from balcony.

Room is small but clean. I'm giving three stars because the staff is not so friendly and attentive.

Great place to stay, owner and staff are friendly, humble and happy to help you. Nook Rest have got their own transport arrangement. If you are traveling to Kandy, need not worry about local tour and transport. In-house food is great and yummy. Rooms are comfortable, clean and fresh, toilet is clean with 24 hr hot water service. Scenic mountain view from galary and front yard. 100/100 ratings from my side.

The room is small, but very clean and looks modern. Room included satellite TV and free WiFi which I haven't seen many places which you can find in this price range offer. The hostess is very friendly and arranged all the requests made by us. Good place if you are looking for a short stay close to Kandy for a reasonable price.

Friendly, helpful staff and management. The place is far better to compared to other rooms and rest house in this price range. Washroom are clean and usable. Cable TV didn't worked and we mange it buy connecting it to our lap top. There is small natural water line and that makes sound like and waterfall. Its make you relaxed. The outside view is perfect. Ground floor kitchen is little small still you can cook something for your stay. 1st floor kitchen is looks perfect than ground floor. From Kandy lake to this place is just 10 minutes walk. In case if you got late or couldn't get any buses to this place still you can walk and reach here. This place is not far from the Kandy town. You can get Kandy - Amunugama bus to reach this place. If we planning another trip to Kandy definitely we consider to stay here.

It was one of our pleasant stays in kandy. Initially the place was hard to identify, later we found it. The hospitality was really great. The room was Maintained clean, very good ventilation. We enjoyed our stay... I hope to visit once again, when we plan to travel to Sri Lanka next time.

It is an awesome experience staying in nook rest. The initial impressions where that we felt little difficult to find the place and the room was small. But the room is very clean and tidy and the hospitality was awesome. Even though we arrived late, we were cooked some good food and were provided with what ever we requested for with a smile. The breakfast was also good and went we mentioned we will not have pork, it was quickly replaced with eggs without any of our request. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay at Kandy.

Good value for money for a home stay like atmosphere. The family room is a good sized room with 2 double beds, satellite TV, A/C and hot water. It is away from the city about 10 - 15 minutes drive.
