I
have
been
a
regular
customer
of
Indian
Summer
Colombo
outlet
and
I
love
their
food
and
customer
service
has
been
excellent
in
the
past.
Having
that
experience
with
Indian
Summer
in
mind
when
I
had
a
recent
visit
to
Kandy,
I
went
to
Indian
Summer
Kandy
outlet
for
a
lunch
and
had
the
worst
dine
in
experience
ever
in
my
life.
Few
things
that
disappointed
me
were,
1.
Food
was
not
in
good
quality,
we
ordered
biriyani
and
finally
ended
up
eating
cold
rice
with
orange
colouring.
It
didn't
have
the
flavour
of
biriyani
at
all.
2.
We
were
overcharged
for
the
meals
that
we
ordered.
We
ordered
03
normal
biriyani
but
without
our
knowledge
they
have
priced
us
for
special
boneless
biriyani
which
we
didn't
request
when
we
placed
the
order.
3.
We
wanted
to
clarify
why
we
have
been
over
charged
from
the
restaurant
manager
at
Indian
Summer
Kandy,
the
feedback
and
response
that
we
got
was
very
unprofessional
and
unacceptable.
The
Manager
''Imtiaz''
told
rest
of
their
staff
pointing
fingers
at
us
that
''
*they
are
budget
people
and
thats
why
they
are
inquiring
the
prices*
".
This
is
how
the
customers
are
been
treated
at
this
place.
4.
They
didn't
have
power
throughout
the
time
period
we
were
at
the
restaurant
and
they
don't
have
a
back
up
plan
to
serve
the
customers.
This
was
one
of
the
worst
experiences
I
had
in
my
life
and
very
disappointing
the
way
how
they
treat
and
talk
to
their
customers.
I
wouldn't
recommend
anyone
to
try
this
place
in
Kandy.
You
will
surely
have
a
bad
experience.
I
hope
the
management
of
Indian
Summer
will
take
this
serious
and
make
sure
these
types
of
ill
treatment
never
happens
to
the
customers
again.
