Value for money: Yes I think this might the cheapest place to buy the groceries. Target the offers and promotions. New staff is NOT friendly like they used to be. You have all the grocery items you need here. There's a Pharmacy Seafood corner (fresh) Meat corner inside. There's a bag counter to leave your belongings I have noticed recently they keep fruits for a very long time since the lack of sales on them. So you don't get fresh fruits. Cheapest rice available here : ponni samba Apart from that simple party decoration items and items for pets also available.

It's a good place you can buy whatever home needs, provisions, vegetables, fruits, frozen foods, bakery items, etc.

Since there's no Keels in Kandy other than the one in KCC, I prefer to go there. It's not crowded much so it's convenient for grocery shopping. Normally you can find any kind of things you're searching from a super market. Try it and you'll like it.

Keells super market which has now opened up their branches all over the island and provides good service to their customers with bonuses and online home deliveries. Good thing here is I've noticed every keells outlet has a required building size for a supermarket and a wide parking lot considering the customers ease of shopping.

This the best place in Kandy to buy quality daily needs. They got a good range of products too. Sales staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. As a team they are doing a great job always with a smile. During lock down period, they did an excellent service. Whenever we complained, even a minor thing about delivery, they promptly acted on it. Special thanks to Ms. Koshili who took the responsibility on her hand and delivered the missing items promptly. There is no doubt this kind of staff is an asset for any establishment. We would like to extend our gratitude to the management for training a such good team.

The staff kindly give us their best service. The freshness of vegetables, fruits and meat and fish is maintained at the maximum level. Finding the required items is also very easy. The level of cleanliness is also very high

Next to Mulgampola and Katugastota ones, this is my preferred grocery shopping point in Kandy. The biggest drawback here is that parking is away, so you'll not be enjoying taking stuff to your vehicle. Other than that, this has nearly their full range of merchandise.

Okay for the supermarket inside a shopping mall. Bit cluttered. Use the self check out if possible but you'll need assistance from employees

Disappointed from customer service. Their self payment kiosk got stuck. The guy who was handling it tried to get it back. But it's frozen. Yet the guy asks me if i have money in my card!! Then a lady comes, checks the machine, it's not working, she took my things went to a payment line, waited few minutes, gave my items to me and left without saying anything. Machine failure is understandable but the way they handled the situation is disappointing. So I left..

Horrible service. Kept me waiting for an hour and half to sort an issue at their self checkout counter when all along they had the chance to sort it within a matter of 10-15 minutes. Unskilled staff and manager who doesn’t know how to treat customers properly.

There's a separate counter for self checkout with a board saying only under ten items... And there's was one customer who was purchasing more than ten items , almost about twenty items and other people with few items behind him in the queue. When I inquired this from the manager, he was acting as if I have to accept the fact that it is like that and completely and completely and rudely ignored me. The main I'm wring this is because of th attitude of the manager.Dissapointed.

Very lethargic and annoying staff. Have to wait in the queue for at least 10 mins, & another 10 mins to keep your bags and to take them back. Usually cmb branches we are allowed to carry our laptop bags but noooooo. It’s 2023 and they have to make sure we don’t carry our bags. I hope they won’t ask to keep our pants in the counter next time cause they have pockets. JKH smh

Overall good, But compare to Colombo Keells outlets staff, Service of Kandy (KCC/ Mulgampola) staff null.

If want to buy day today supply for your home it’s kind of best place to buy things. Fresh fish, vegetables ( there were limited stock though) other grains and etc. friendly staff and service available.

Avarage keells experience as always. But the self checkout is a big plus+ when you're buying small things and want's to checkout quick.

Keells have a lot of items you need. Although they don't have a bakery like other Keells branches. Seld checkout feature is an added bonus so that you can shop very quickly.

It is very conveniently located inside the mall KCC. I always do my purchases here during my stay in Kandy.

Keells is a chain of supermarkets in Sri Lanka owned by John Keells Holdings. It is one of the three largest retail operators on the island, alongside Cargills Food City and Arpico Super Center

Good place for shopping right in the ground floor of KCC. They have all sort of things you need. But the minus point is that they dont have a bakery like all others Keells. Got every thing other than bakery items.

Kandy keells is much more better than Katugastota keells.

Clean, consistent, slightly overcrowded- it’s efficiency is undoubtedly under way with all necessary goods in place, however it could use a little more space. The atmosphere too could use a few tweaks of improvements and a literal change of lighting- overall though, a great one stop shop with consistency flowing through all its outlets throughout the country. Keep Going.

A good place to buy all your food items and grocery items. Fresh vegetables and fruits were also available. The bakery items are not available. Big Supermarket. All essential items were there. The staff was also helpful and customer friendly. Highly recommended.

Not the best of the outlets. Given it's inside the Kandy City Centre, one might expect it to be always well stocked with fresh produce and good quality products as the more premier outlets of Keells does. But, unfortunately that's not the case with this outlet. It's also surprising that it doesn't have a bakery or a liquor store inside. It has nothing to do with the temple of the tooth being close by, because the food city in the adjacent building had a liquor store.
