I wish that if I can express its beauty by words. Its located in the Panwila area. The pinned location is correct. If you are planning to Huluganaga waterfall I suggest you should choose the path along with the panwila city. Meantime you will be able to reach more beautiful places along the road such as Kelebokka Viewpoint, Hathale mini-world edge, Saari Ella, Twins falls, Thaliya Wetunu Ella, Morella Waterfall, Edge of the Knuckles Mountain Range, etc. Basically, the area is a paradise where is surrounded by many falls and places. I had to say the path is a little bit tough cause of ongoing road constructions and narrow type roads. But you will be able to reach by even a van or any other type of vehicle. The pinned location is directed to the bridge above the falls. If you move a little bit forward little bit you will see the viewpoint hut below the road level. But the problem is there isn't sufficient space to park many vehicles at once. You can reach the bottom of the fall by passing the viewpoint. But keep in mind that was a high-risk decision, The water level can be high, rocks are very slippy and of course, do not recommend to bath. Noted there is a little dam or something below the viewpoint but unable to reach there cause lack of time. You donโ€™t worry about the food and beverage, you can find many shops around the viewpoint. But keep in mind, Please be kind to just visit do not destroy the surround by leaving polythene and other things which you carried. Stay safe! Height : 75 meters District : Kandy Huluganga Ella Falls (75m in height) is one of many cascades created by the stream originating from the Knuckles mountain range. The cascading water sprinkles the villages of Elliyadda and Aratthana, before flowing to the Victoria Reservoir. It is popular with both local and foreign visitors and villagers regard it as part of their Dumbara heritage. A dam had been built across the top of the fall under the Kundasale Water Supply Scheme, a project sponsored by Kundasale PC and the Sri Lanka Board of Investment (BOI) to supply water to the Kundasale Electorate. However, environmentalists have pointed out that there is not enough space between the dam and fall, causing a decrease in the flow of water.

Huluganga ella waterfall is located near the huluganga river. It is so easy to reach this waterfall. There are stairs to go down and at the end of the stairs an observation desk-like place is available. At the start of the stairs, you have to buy tickets as per the orders of the Pradeshiya Sabha and the pricing is also displayed near the stairs plus they are quite cheap.

A bulky looking waterfall. Located in Huluganga junction. Concrete steps are made to climb down to the falls. You cannot go close to the falls as the concrete steps are enclosed in a steel railing. There is also a view point with benches. Tickets must be purchased. Rs 50 per Sri Lankan adult. Best way to get here from Kandy is Madawala - Panwila - Huluganga. Road is not in the perfect condition but can be travelled on car.

Huluganga Falls is a waterfall located at Huluganga Town, about 30 kilometers away from Kandy Town in on the way of Bambarella, in Kandy District in Sri Lanka. Hulu River is originating from the Knuckles Mountain Range. Huluganga Falls is about 75 meters in height. This waterfall lies just beside the road. It is so beautiful in the rainy season.A view point is recently built and a ticket is issued to reach there. Good to visit if you happen to be in the neighborhood. No point in visiting solely for this waterfall. There are few other waterfalls also located in the same route

It's a nice waterfall to visit not too far from candy. There are staircases to take you to the view point. Since waterflow is good It's not allowed to go very close to fall.

The village of Hulukanga is high on the list of places to visit in Kandy district. This beautiful village is located at a distance of about 30 KM from Vathegama, Madawala. Hulukanka is a picturesque village surrounded by tea plantations and the Knuckles mountain range. There are no words to describe the beauty of this waterfall located in Hulukanka village. Hulukanga Falls is about 75 meters high. Before flowing into Victoria Reservoir, the waterfall sprays the villages of Elliatta and Artana. Bathing in this waterfall is prohibited. However, you can visit nearby. 50 rupees for adults and 20 rupees for children are charged to see this waterfall, which is completely surrounded by natural rainforest.

A very beatiful and fascinating waterfall. It is 75 meters high and ends up feeding water to the Victoria Reservoir. It is situated in the border at the border of the Knuckles forest reserve. Huluganga Ella Falls is one of many cascades created by the stream originating from the Knuckles mountain range. The cascading water sprinkles the villages of Elliyadda and Aratthana, before flowing to the Victoria Reservoir. There is a staircase build to climb down,to the waterfall. However, it restricts people from bathing and washing clothes near the waterfall. However, the staircase has blocked the entrance to the waterfall from other directions. Because of this, it offers only a few camera angles for photographers.
