It was a good experience to try riding and feeding elephants also you can give them a shower the price is little pit high , i paid 5000 for a small ride. I think they are forcing them to do that by using sticks and hitting .

Everything good, but low light in the evening. VERY BIG ROOMS. 50m2. Very big bath room. Japan styled hotel. Big clean swiming pool. A lot of staff here. Very clean territory. Good sea view. Very quite here. Only on weekends we can hear music from near hotel place for wedding. No music in the evening at all.

Good way to get close to the Elephants. Washing the elephants was a nice way to get close to them. But just a short touch, and expected to give extra tips: nothing comparable to the sanctuarys at Thailand. It looks like they are looking at the welfare of the Elephants, but they still let tourists ride at the Elephants. Entrance fee went up to 2500.

Not much to see and do. Although children enjoyed the elephant bathing, feeding, the elephant ride and the brief museum;it took us not more than 1-2 hours to complete all that the place had to offer to visitors. The staff is warm and cordial. All in all a nice place for animal lovers.

GREAT experience for kids and adults too! I just loved it! It was a unique opportunity to wash an elephant to feel its skin and see his ears flipping :-) and feed him. Congrats to all the staff for keeping this place alive! It was a great lesson for us about elephants, we were 18 persons and we all had a wonderful experience @ museum too. One suggestion: please upgrade the toilets!

Enjoyable trip, the guides there does their job, but their English is limited. You get to ride an elephant for about 2min, it's a good hands on experience. The keepers will bear "spears" of sorts. This is not for stabbing the elephants, its to touch then on points for "manual" command if voice command fails. They do not harm these animals! Listen to the guides and read the signs. Everything will be explained. (NB: the guides and people will all ask for tips, keep it in mind)

Here you can find a little museum. There is a possibility to feed, ride and wash elephants. Rides are for quite short distance, but it's a funny experience. Also volunteer practice is allowed.

Very bad experience. They offer entrance packages and whatever you pay you get same. They tried to sell us for 30 dollars and than we took for 15 and got same things. But they rush you for everything you dont get to enjoy it. And if you dont give tips they become rude to you. So all in all wouldnt recommend it at all.

Terrible treatment of those magnificent beings. Chained, forced to take people riding. Forced to spray people with water on a command. Forced to lay down for long time in visibly uncomfortable position, so people can “wash” them and take pictures. Staff is pushing them with sharp sticks if they don’t obey immediately to a command. If you love elephants, DO NOT go there and support this terrible place.
