An experience not to be missed for anyone partial to horrible bars. I am partial to horrible bars. And this one i like. The 1 star is for the 20% tourist charge that they have invented to take money from foreigners. And for the multiple times strangers come to ask me to buy them a beer (I'm not here on holiday and I am skint!). But its an experience for sure. Just annoying that kandy has such a culture of ripping off and hassling tourists and any obvious foreigners, it's un-Sri lankan. Sad.

It's a standard restaurant. Prices are very normal. Good service. There's a lot of congestion in the restaurant. Very noisy. Food is normal. Very reasonable prices. There are a limited number of choices. It's a very disturbing environment. Providing services is fairly standard.

Local bar. Ok place. Good friendly service. Cheap prices. Not for normal tourists maybe.

Untidy..crowded..noisy..you will definitely be served second quality liquor after you exceeded consuming 300ml of liquor. Disturbances from drunken people is common. Often get in to fights also. Not a place to enjoy But to get drunk and go wild.

Very good place with nice foods Highly recommended deviled beef portion.

A Great place to get a drink. Not many varieties of liquor but have all the basic liquors. Prices are reasonable of the food & great service

OK for a quick booz

A locals' pub. Decent prices on beer. Make sure you pay the drinking in-house price if you drink there, otherwise they'll add the glass deposit to the price on top. Stick to the right hand side bar when you go in through the door, not the passageway on the left.

A proper local boozer…… 375Rs for a big Lion in house.

Pavana is real lokal pub, go and see, staff are kind, beer is ok, there you can feel real lokal domestic atmosfere.

It good for local drinkers not for tourists
