They ask for a 3% surcharge if you use card, I run a gold shop, yet I don’t ask for a surcharge for card. Their margins are much higher, they shouldn’t ask. It violates the merchant ship agreement. Please fix, increase prices by 3% or put up a board, don’t mention right as we go to pay. Looking at past reviews and the owner’s angry replies, I don’t think they take criticism well. Good shisha, good drinks, nice vibes, RUDE waiters, didn’t try their food.

Worst experience ever in kandy. 1. Charging 25% as tax and service charge 2. Even a bottle of water costs lkr500 which is packed at lkr140 3. Service is very poor, literally had to wait for 30 mins to get the food. 4. The food was below average. The quantity of meat and rice was too less for the amount. Overall, very disappointing.

This place is so bad, specially the waiters and the management. Charging 3% for card payments is a joke, might as well just add that amount the total before hand. Food is a also a joke. Highly disappointed waste of money

Horrible. Just horrible. Wait staff was very slow. Food quality doesn't justify the price. The beer is great and that's just a compliment to the brewery, not this place. The owner is rude and unprofessional, just look at his replies to negative reviews.

Good vibes... Clean place... Friendly staff... Awesome music band... However food is awful and pretty expensive ( not worth for penny). Below average road side shop. We gave detailed comments to the staff as well and hope the owner ship take this positively.

I was walking past a bar in a high location from which I could hear the sounds of cricket. Two men suggested I went up the steps to the "Sports Bar". I am not interested in sports and I did not want to drink. I ordered an 'English breakfast'. On the menu it showed sausages and baked beans. While I was waiting I was offered tea or coffee. I was also given some cut fruit and half a wood apple. The first time I had one. And a small glass of juice. Whether I give a good review or not will depend on whether I am charged for tea. The actual English breakfast which took fifteen minutes to come, was disappointing. Two small poached eggs and three small pieces of cold toast. With some lumps of butter and a small container of jam. Unexciting! Will I be overcharged? 1600 Rs £3.80. Not so bad in English money. I gave the waiter 5000 Rs. and he is very very slow in bringing me my change. This could be the difference between one star and four stars! I have just shouted out my request for change as they have put on loud disc music at 16:00. At least the waiter was smiling!

This place over charges foreigners. For 3 beers and three double shots of Jim beam, I was charged over $65usd. I come from one of the most expensive countries on the planet. It would be cheaper in my country for the same thing! If you are a foreigner visiting the beautiful city of Kandy, Please avoid this rip off place!

Food is Rubbish. Place doesn’t look good as it is in the pictures. Price is extremely high for the quality of the place. Do not recommend

Nice atmosphere. Ample parking. Really loved the place. But few things to be improved. Service was really slow, even when we were the only customer at the place for 4 hours(7-10pm). No other customers were there. At the end waiter took 15 mins to bring the bill. Food: We tried 2 cocktails, and had so much of sugar syrup in it. Killed the taste. We ordered pork mix rice, which was really good. But the kottu we got had too much salt. So we asked to mix it with another portion and bring back. They did that. But whole these process was really really slow.

Went there on 22nd December night to have a Dinner. I was shocked of their "Don't care" attitude, whole bunch of staff was gathered around the single chef looking at how he cooks, didn't even bother to attend to tables. Waited approx. 13 minutes without the Menu and I knew it is not going to be a pleasant experience if I continued to stay. Stood up & walked out. To my further surprise, the staff didn't even bother to notice that we are leaving... What a bunch of unprofessional staff. On the way out, I stopped at Restaurant owner's office to express my disappointment. He was coming up with typical excuses such as staff being new... etc but if it is the case, then management should make sure they go through proper training or supervision. Never going again. Never recommending to anyone.

Visited this place yesterday. One of the best pub in Kandy, Try to visit here on Friday night, you can enjoy live music. Best place to hangout in Kandy on a weekend, very nice atmosphere and a mountain view. You can variety of Foods, cocktails , drinks, shisha etc. It has both local and foreign liquor. Lovely nice place for a family dinner, outing with friends or a romantic dinner. But their potion size need to be improved. Not worth for money. Taste is good.

Super nice ambience in a kind of hidden area. Food is quite tasty, but portions are too small. And the waiter was a bit confused, not able to keep ordered things, so he didn’t bring everything like ordered. And the food took super long although it was only 6 guests in the whole restaurant.

bought a meal from Uber at this restaurant. They had sent me a delicious good meal for the money. Very good place in kandy .

The places looks ok and the beer was cold, but this is kind of where the good things end. Would not recommend going there if you’re hungry and going there for a place to eat. We’ve tried different things from the menu and nothing was at least decent, it took way too much time before we got the food and most of the dishes were cold. Also, can’t say that the staff was too professional or friendly.

Nice place and good drinks but very expensive. Beware of the added government tax that is added to your bill, it is not mentioned anywhere on the menu. They let us try to get a football stream on one of the TVs which was good of them.

Ordered a Mixed Meat Kottu through PickMe Foods and undoubtedly the worst Kottu I had in recent times. I'm allergic to seafood hence ordered the meat kottu but it had prawns in it. All other pieces of "meat" are tragically over-cooked to a status where I had doubts in identifying whether it is meat or karawala. Not recommended In response to the reply from the owner - Here is a proof of ordering food from your "Fresh Food" place. Why do you put yourself in delivery platforms if you can't cook items fresh??

Best place to spend the Saturday night. They have live music every Saturday. The band playing is superb with lovely voice. The food is yummy and worth the price. Cocktails are fantastic. They have Singapore Sling which is rare in many pubs which is a must try. Shisha lovers can have a great time over there with the cozy environment and live music. Sometimes during weekends, they have the Happy Hour!

Hotel rooms are ok ! Airco worked well altough low battery on remote :) On Christmas evening I came in late and gates where closed. It took 25 min to wake the guard and open the gate . As compensation I asked for a late check out which I received. Bar you need to avoid !!! Badly managed. They brought me both menu's food and beverages after 20 min I need to call them . I ordered a cesar salade and some coffee. After 10 min they came back and told me Kitchen is closed 😀. I left without coffee aswell. There are much better bars in the area of max 400m from that place.

It is a good active place .. but most of the time it is a bit crowded .. yammi foods .. a little over priced .. but overall a good restaurant slash pub area

Had a bunch of old mates over today. We were the only ones there so it was very private during the day. Good food and drinks and really good vibe. Def coming back for another boys reunions!

Despite the good reviews we somehow managed to get very bad food. The club sandwiches and the beef burgers were awful. Unfortunately as the order took a lot of time (only one other table was occupied) we didn't manage to go somewhere else and buy food... The service wasn't the greatest. To be honest, I would come here only of there aren't other options.

I visited this place twice in the 3 days I stayed in Kandy. Really nice vibe and a MASSiVE wise screen TV to watch the sports on. Great staff and a happy hour as well for awesome cocktails

The atmosphere is fantastic. Loved the live music played. And the food taste is good. Could improve a bit on the portion size of the food though. All in all nice place for a drink in Kandy.
