A small Pizza Hut, situated near Kandy - Gampola main road. A bit of a small place. About 6/7 tables are available for dine-in. Neat and clean place. Nice staff. Foods were served fresh and hot, within 15-20 mins after ordering. Washrooms are clean. Vehicle parking is available in front of the shop, for about 2 vehicles.

Nice, clean, and quiet restaurant with respect to the place situated. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Foods had in perfect temperature and very tasty. Not crowded. Parking is better comparing to others

It was more like self service but they also added 7.5% for dine in.

We used this for a important family meeting. They provided excellent, unobtrusive service. Although we ordered only a large pizza and some lava cakes and milk shakes, they allowed us to stay until our meeting was done.( Nearly 3 hrs).

Pizza was so delicious and they served hot🥵 we were so satisfied it's much better than domino's pizza and this branch is something different from other pizza hut brances Specially Kandy(Peradeniya Road) Branch was not better than this.

Ordered pizza while travelling from Nuwara Eliya to Kandy. They have prepared pizza at exact time we requested and provided it without any delay.

Disappointing food, ordered a double deal , pizza is under cooked and cinnamon swirl is barely cooked it was all flour please do consider people are spending their hard earned money.

I recently visited a place and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience due to the lazy staff and poor service. The staff seemed disinterested in their work and were not attentive to my needs as a customer. It was clear that they were not making an effort to provide a good experience for their customers. The service was also very poor. My requests were ignored and I had to wait for a long time before I was attended to. Even when the staff eventually came to me, they were not very helpful or friendly. It made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them rather than a valued customer. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this place. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for good service and a pleasant experience. The lazy staff and poor service made it clear that this establishment does not value its customers or their satisfaction.

Service can be improve, their adding service charges to the bill with out any communication or brief..

Pizza hut reduce size of the pizza. Medium like small. Its not enough for two person. Prize increase . 😡

They were about to close early at 10:30pm as they begin to clean the premises and a refused to let us dine in even though the sign clearly says they close at 11pm. I had to talk with the manager to get us a table ready. The pizzas were the worst I ever had. It looked as if there were no cheese and spices at all. 😾😾

They have some of the best pizza that I ate from pizza hut. Very good customer service. Always informing us about the promotions and new items on sale. I ate pizza almost weekly basis for a period of two years while I was residing at Nawalapitiya. Highly recommended.
