Very beautiful waterfall near Nanu Oya Railway Station. Can travel there using any vehicle. The road is good. Can climb up through the tea state. The railway is just above the waterfall. Can have a nice view of the area from there and can enjoy the trains from there. We met a few villagers there. They took us to a nice bathing place, just a few meters away above the waterfall. It was a really nice calm & quiet place to spend a few minutes. Also, there are some villagers who cultivate vegetables. You can buy vegetables from them to support them.

This beautiful rural waterfall is located in Nanooya. Located in an isolated area, this waterfall offers amazing photo opportunities and a diverse ecosystem. It is a great place for picnickers, serious nature lovers and nature photography. It is a bit difficult to get down as there is no footpath. There is also a beautiful railway track at the top of the falls, we can see the train passing on this railway track from below and the view is very beautiful.

Waterfall with nice view. Place was not crowded and cleaner than most attractions around Nuwara Eliya. Villagers seemed friendly with visitors. Place seemed safe to get in to the water and have a bath. There is enough parking along the roads. There is hidden places down of the river where you can go with families to have some privacy.

It was the prettiest thing i saw in a day trip from Ella to Nuwara Eliya actually (I took the train from Ella to Nanuoya, then local bus to Nuwara Eliya). The beautiful waterfall is at a 20 min easy walk from Nanuoya railway station, I recommend it, it’s pretty, chill, few locals were there enjoying a dip.

Visited this stunning waterfall recently and was truly amazed. Known as Glassough waterfall as well. The waterfall flows in beautiful, layered cascades, creating a picturesque scene. the ample parking available, which makes accessing this natural wonder a breeze. You'll find the area easily accessible any vehicle. A must-visit for nature lovers.

Tough narrow steep road , skilled drivers nothing to worry but the ascend is challenging The road is carpeted and the waterfall is worth seeing. Do not pollute this beautiful place, happy tripping peeps!

This water fall is situated in the Glassaugh Estate off Nanu Oya its known as Glassaugh Falls park 10 minutes from the Nanu Oya town nice accessible road to the location. The best part of the waterfall is found above the railway track. Its only accessible via a footpath.

A waterfall with the most beautiful surroundings that can be seen in life. It is located at a very short distance from Nanu Oya railway station. People coming by train can reach this place by following the road after coming back 800 meters along the railway track. If you are traveling by car, you can reach the waterfall by car. There is a low water level at times for bathing. Therefore, anyone big or small can take a bath safely. But be extra careful with very cold water and slippery rocks. A small hydroelectric plant is also located nearby. Many people who come by train skip visiting this waterfall. Bathing in a place like this can be unsafe most evenings. Be careful about it. The waterfall is not a very big waterfall and it is a rather big waterfall that flows below the bridge where the train runs. Nana Oya waterfall is more than other waterfalls because of its height. It is very dangerous to bathe here on rainy days, but you can see the waterfall with more beauty. The height is sixty meters. This waterfall flows as a confluence of Kothmale and Mahavoli rivers. Nuwara Eliya is located at a distance of six kilometers from the city. But google map does not show the way to this waterfall. But it is not difficult to find the waterfall as it is located near the Nanu Oya railway station.

This is easily accessible waterfall. If you coming by a vehicle you can go very near to water fall and park there. The road is very good. If you are taking a walk go through Nanuoya railway station, it's a short cut and you can walk through the rail track which is nice experience.
