Quite place with a good view for relaxation. Very good service by the staff of reception, housekeeping and F&B. Spring mattress of the bed is painful and couldn't sleep properly. Attention to the management.

The hotel is surrounded with mountains and it has a beautiful view in the morning and evening. The staff is friendly and good hospitality is provided for their customers. From the location it is 4km to the Kandy town.

This place is one of the best hotels I ever visited (and I've been to several hundreds by now) First - hospitality, the stuff is so kind and cares very much about your experience here. Second - the view from the room, it's stunning. Hotel is located on the top of the hill with fantastic view over the mountains. The pool is also located in beautiful view place. The food is very delicious - both western kitchen and local. And they have vast variety of vines and spirits from around the world. If you are looking for a place to stay in Kandy, this hotel is an amazing option! Highly recommend.

Really good service. Very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean. Also has a quiet environment. Food is also good. Offers a great value for the price. If needed you can go to topaz buffet and they provide the transport to go to go there.

Great Hotel with unbelievable views. Great dinner and lunch menu and staff were very friendly. Great tennis court but has a little gym. Will definitely recommend to anyone that wants to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Hotel n staff is very good, well behaved n too co operative is the word to describe them. They were trying their best to make our stay comfortable n make us feel at home. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, service in the room were extra ordinarily grt. The view was breathtaking. I wud have given a 5* if the food was to be good . We didnt find vegetarian options to eat nor any good Indian food.

Haven't stay in the hotel but had a prty at this place. Some things need to be developed like their juices and wash rooms.

We were supposed to have stayed at its sister hotel next door called Topaz but I wasn't disappointed. The view from our room was of the village and it was lovely. It is a modern hotel and very shiny with it. There's a waterfall feature inside the hotel. They do switch it off at night because it is loud. Thd hotel evening meal is a set menu. Nice but not much to eat, tho. So get some snacks in!

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days , it was a very pleasant experience. Really enjoyed the stay.. staff is very friendly and helpful. I was late for 2 meals and both days front desk called and checked whether I am OK and whether I am coming for meal's.etc. this is some friendly added service.

Its the place our wedding function was held at 2017. Rate was acceptable at that time. And also food was most delicious , various . Hotel topaz is the twin. Rooms are clean and attractive . Best place for a honey moon. Most tastiest food I've ever had. There is a pool facility between tourmaline & topaz. Can reach only with a own vehicle bcz it is situated far from the main road.

I went there for one of my friend's wedding. AC is not enough. But food is delicious. Service is good. Location is bit harder to find. Overall it deserves 5 stars.
