I visited the place for a night stay with my gf. It is a very calm and quiet place. What was most interesting is the scenery you can view from the balcony. Also the room comfortable and clean. But if you book through booking.com ask him about the fee. There is no additional charge but he claimed. However the host is a good fellow. Friendly gentleman. And also there is a problem with hot water.

Was there over Christmas and the staff were excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, albeit could use a little touching up. The common are was nice and spacious with new furniture and a small kitchenette. The stairs could be a little safe with an additional banister, but overall not too much of an issue. The views out of the balcony were divine. The food provided was tasty and cooked to order. We were even surprised with treats on Christmas morning on the house (below). Great place to visit, and with a little work could be incredible.

Nice hotel with a great view. The owner is so lovely and helps with whatever he can. Some rooms have a built in window right behind the bed, so you can enjoy the view out of your room. Only the way up to the hotel is not the best, you always need a three wheeler. But absolutely worth it!

Stayed there for Viva examination in peradeniya teaching hospital,food was great and also n time ! Nice place to study ,and they provided transportation also during examination days ,and it's not so far from the hospital ,rooms were kept in good condition !

Rooms are super clean bathrooms are super clean and staff is very friendly. I am giving 3 stars because bathroom door cannot be closed . And there is no towel hanger inside the bathroom . And bathroom window is tinted but anyone can see from the outside at night time. Best place for family hangout. We can get foods like fried rice. We have got fried rice with chicken. Portion is so good and large. Food prices are little bit higher than expected. There is a good view with the room we got with a balcony.

😍🌳 Lovely stay near by the Kandy, Peradeniya and so on..with a very friendly staff. Would like to go again.

The caretaker is not present at the property most of the time and we had lot of troubles getting into property as it was locked inside. When we called him, sometimes we had to wait until he comes and other times we were asked to enter from a broken window and then unlock. Never dine from this place. Food prices are very high and kitchen is not clean. Please be aware that they have some expensive hidden charges. You are charged 10% service charged for everything including rooms, water bottles and meals, this was not mentioned in the first place.

Rooms, food, staff are awesome, quiet environment

This is the worst place I have been to,very unsafe place, all the gangsters around come to the place and hang around. Customer care is the worst.

Very disappointed about service.The owner is very rude.worst customer service.They will add 10% more as service charge.There are no water at the washroom.
