Excellent facilities for seminars and workshops. Overlooking Kandy town and the lake, and the mountains in the background.

£15 for a night was quite expensive for a small double room with no view or window. It felt a bit damp. The view from the outside of the hotel looking out over Kandy was incredible. Definitely ask to have a room on this side! We were only there for a night and all the staff seemed friendly.

Ticks the boxes for a comfortable, clean cheap room in a quiet location on the hillside overlooking the town centre. A tuktuk from the station will set you back around Rs200 ...and believe me it's a steep climb, take the tuktuk! Staff are super friendly, the bed was comfortable with a neat little en suite and a great view from the wee balcony... and for less than £20 it's good value. Breakfast is an optional extra, but it's only 10 minute walk down the hill to plenty of food options in town. The trust supports education for the poorest families of tea workers and some of your room fee goes directly to this cause.

Great place for conferences and meetings. Quiet and calm. Easily accessible from kandy town. Provides accommodation and food as well. Friendly and courteous staff.

Sathvodaya training center is managing by Sarvodaya. Location is very good. However, room facilities are not at the standard level comparing the price. Food is fairly OK. Trainings facilities are also not at standard level. Parking is very poor.

If you are looking for a basic place for a one-night stay at a walkable distance from the Kandy city center, this is one of the best places to stay.

A great hotel with a stunning view of Kandy. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. At the top of a very steep hill but the view made it 100% worth it!

It is training center. Cool climate and chill 9t time. We need to hike 20 minutes to reach this hottel from city. And this place is good for educational purposes and the view of this hotel is amazing. Rooms have separate and single beds for couples.

The location is a bit far from the centre but the rooms are really big, the breakfast is like a buffet with the typical fruits and toasts with eggs. The service was also really helpful and friendly. Totally recommended!

Very homely and the staff are very helpful and hospitable. I give this a four stars because of the accessibility. There are pros and cons. Pros are, as the establishment is up in the hills, the view is superb and unbeatable for hostel prices. As for the cons, it is situated on the hills therefore it takes time and a bit of effort to get off the place to the town/city and back up. But if like me you like to workout on occasions and get photos opportunities then the few minutes walk is not an issue.

Good value lodging with a super friendly staff and great views on the valley. Way up from the center is ~120r using the Pickme app. Way down is easily walked (takes 5min). If you're staying for a few days prices can be reduced a bit (true everywhere tbh, but people seem to forget or too shy to ask). Ps free cold/hot water and use of kitchen cutlery.

A very pleasant place for a holiday and a get away from a busy life at work. The rooms and other facilities are good. Staff offer a friendly and professional service. The rooms and the restaurant has a great view of the city. It offers budget room facilities.
