Best Fresh Flowers One of the best places to buy fresh flower for your loved ones. You can customize flower bouquet here in few minutes. You can choose any flower available. You can choose any wrapping paper or bring your own wrapping paper(I had my own wrapping paper) You can also buy chocolates and some other gifts too. Amazing customer service. I have no idea if the flower prices are reasonable or not. My custom bouquet costed 6000 LKR so you be the judge I'll post photos of it.

The bouquet they have made for my engagement was hideous and was nothing like the picture I sent. I was so angry and frustrated when i went there to collect my bouquet just 12hrs before the actual event. On one hand they failed to deliver it to me on-time and I had to waste nearly an hour in the city until they get it done. They didn't have many flower options, only roses and orchids, even after placing the order several weeks before the engagement date. After complaining so much they promised to make another bouquet and deliver it to me by 8.30 pm. Although the second bouquet (white one) looked good then again they delivered it late somewhere around 9. However, the bouquet looked only around 7000/- worthy at a maximum possible price. It didn't look like it's 13,500/- worthy.

It was the best decision that I have made is selecting our wedding florist as Lassana Flora Kandy. Highly appreciate the immense support given by Mr. Isuru and the team for making our dream day absolutely stunning and unforgettable.

One of the few places to buy fresh flowers in Kandy. Good customer service. Staff is friendly, flexible and efficient. Has a very good range of flowers with many different colors. Only negative thing is they use very cheap covers for flower bouquets.

I never thought the outcome would be this brilliant. We wanted to go for a rustic theme and we told them what our requirements were. Mr. Ranjan who was the event coordinator understood this well and he made an astounding real life example of what we really needed. He was present in the venue since early morning and finished the works way earlier. Their dedication towards work completion to the best quality was notable and I truly do appreciate it. However the guys who did the car decor hadn't done it properly but with a simple phone call to Ranjan solved the problem in 15mins. I reached the place at around 6.40 PM (I can remember the time as I was using Google Maps to find the place). It was open. I passed all other florists because I always buy flower bouquets from Lassana. Their flowers are fresh and it’s worth the price. Even though, there were two servers at the Kandy branch, both hesitated to make the bouquet as they were in a hurry to close the place. Must say, I’ve never had such an awful experience at any other Lassana Flora branches before.

I visited the lassana flora branch at kandy city centre like a month ago and it really was a nice experience. The service was quick and staff members were very friendly and was always trying to give the best to their customers. If u need flowers for any occasion, i would definitely recommend lassana flora🌸💕
