Hi, we ( 3 people) booked a car with a driver without accommodation with our proper itinerary for a week through Lanka safe tours. The company provided a car with a driver called KAVISHAN , a very polite, punctual and helpful young man. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and didn't impose anything on us. Also, he was always there whenever we needed him. Plus , special thanks to the company , which, in spite of a small misunderstanding, did everything possible to make our journey a pleasant one. i had a fantastic day trip with my driver dinesh today all the way from kandy to sigiriya in a very nice enw toyata with air con. dinrsh was great fun and made most of my day by showing me several temples on the way hindu temple and dabulla cove tempele . a herbs and spice garden ,,wooden work and of coures sigiriya, defintely a must see. he was driving very safely, told me a lot about people and the country and made me feel safe all the time while travling alone as a woman , i can definitely recommend dinesh and the trip from kandy to sigiriya, but he will show you also other places depnding what you re most intrestedinMore

My family and I took an adventure tour with Lanka Safe Tours, and it was truly exceptional! The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with unique insights into the local culture. We contacted Lanka Safe tours in January 2023 for 2 days in Kandy, 1 day trip to Nuwareliya for the month of April 2023. Dinesh was prompt in replying to my queries from the start in January. He sent pictures of the vehicle options as well, he delivered as promised, and was very patient with all our several queries overseas. Since our old parents were with us on this trip, we were concerned about how the road trips would be for them, but Dinesh always drove slowly especially on sharp turns and winding uphill curves. He made some good stops for food as well, great food, fabulous views and lovely service everywhere he took us- Green Chill in Ramboda on the way to Nuwareliya and Honeypot in Kandy. The views at Green chill were divine! Once he knew the kind of food we needed, he would sort out our restaurants as well. He always obliged and took photos for us of the family as well, and often halted at locations that made for great captures. While in Sri Lanka, we also needed an unplanned trip from Colombo to Kandy which he himself took over early in the morning, as he couldn’t find a driver at the time. Vehicles were clean, spotless and AC was great. In addition, whenever we needed to stop for water or essentials at Cargill/ Keels or even stop at a bank for some urgently needed money, he was most ready to help. I would recommend Lanka Safe Tours to anyone. They know their country so well, and are always cheerful and happy. Dinesh also took us to the Gem museum and a woodcraft showroom/factory which was a hidden gem! We also contacted Dinesh for a ride from Kandy to Mirissa. He connected us with his friend Ratnayike, who was a safe and friendly driver. He stopped at a pineapple shop by the road and we tasted some delicious srilankan pineapples. He also stopped to show us Sri Lankan stilt fisherman in Mirissa, which was very interesting to watch! Big thanks to Lanka Safe tours and Mr. Dinesh for organizing such a wonderful trip!

We explored south Srilanka. Indika had great suggestions to explore locally. We went around everywhere at ease and were not in any hurry. The vehicle was very well maintained. My girlfriend and I used Lanka safe tours for our 2 week trip and I was so happy with their service. I communicated with thaksala who helped organize and plan our tour, as well as pick out hotels and activities. I’m addition, I had trouble getting the online payment system to work as well as the Sri Lanka visa, and she helped figure out both of those issues. I would not have been able to plan my vacation without the help of this tour agency, and I found their rates very reasonable compared to the other companies I messaged. We loved our tour and would certainly use them again.

Excellent Sri Lanka experience with Lanka safe tours I found Lanka safe tours by chance, started making contact on WhatsApp with Dinesh and appears who is the manager. I read so many great reviews about Dinesh , that I was determined to choose Dinesh for our trip. I booked the hotels with Dinesh help and advice in order to make sure that the hotels are good choices. I gave Dinesh our itinerary for 8 day and they provided the price. Which was really value for money. Dinesh added things to do in our itinerary which we wouldn’t have known about or rearranged according to the time and distance, again things we would have not been aware of. We started in Negombo Heritance hotel really nice beach, clean, great service with good beach. Dinesh took us to the fish market, and the lagoon tour, this was my favourite part. We headed to Dambulla where we stayed in Kalundewa retreat again very nice hotel in the middle of the jungle, a great experience. Dinesh took us to cave temple, it was a very nice temple, sigiriya rock, we went to a Spa and elephant safari. These were all planned without waiting or haggling for the price. It was just effortless. We went on to Kandy, where Dinesh suggested to see a Gem museum, Battak factory and fire show. Again all suggested by Dinesh , mostly free things to do. We stayed at Amaya Hills which had great views but very dated facilities.6 Dinesh was ready the next morning to take us to Nuwara Eliya, he took us to Glenloch tea plantation which we didn’t even have to organise and it was free. We had a tour of the tea factory, saw the tea plants and were given different tea to sample. We headed to Ella we stayed at Chill vile, a great boutique hotel with excellent views. Dinesh again was ready first thing in the morning to take us to Adam’s peak. When we got to 9 Arch bridge, Dinesh said he can’t go through as the toad is very narrow, but he got us a tuck tuck return , he said it is 4 km to walk which might be long in the heat, he was absolutely right because the climb down to the bridge was not easy at all so I am glad he gave us the advice. If you are travelling alone, we would have not known. He always waited for us at the location. After that we headed to Ella town to eat in Chill restaurant which was owned by the same owner as our hotel but recommend by Dinesh . This was a very nice place to eat and chill. Very trendy, totally recommend it. We then headed to Tangalle where we stayed at Anantara the most luxurious hotel ever. Dinesh drove very nicely everywhere , not fast at all and very safe. On the road he would inform us of important places. It was nice to have chats and ask him about the local information. We then went Unawatuna , we arrived at the hotel, Dinesh suggested to drive to Gaulle and spend the afternoon there. We looked around and had lunch whilst Dinesh just waited for us to finish sightseeing. On our last day , Dinesh took us to Colombo which I really don’t recommend, heavy traffic and really bad pollution. And then next day drop off to the airport, very sad. Honestly we didn’t have to wait not even a second for anything, Dinesh was always ready and waiting. All of it was in our timetable. Dinesh had a nice and comfortable car fully air conditioned. He provided a great service with a smile. If we wanted to eat, he would search for the best place to eat. Organising Safaris, spa, all was done by Dinesh He even walked with us to the tourist ticket offices to ensure we were ok. On our trip I heard so many tourists trying to organise transport and wasted so much of time to find the right price and route. I really think it costs more trying to take tuck tuck , train etc. If you want effortless and enjoyable holiday with no hassle , please arrange with Lanka safe tours. The quote given was fair and the best of the 8 different companies I contacted. dinesh was in direct contact with me and was quick to respond to any queries which I had. Our driver, Chami , was exceptional during our trip. He was naturally a comedian and also attentive and considerate throughout our 6 day tour. He was great at suggesting alternatives and points of interest which we otherwise would not have gone to. He was also an excellent driver despite the somewhat chaotic driving in Sri Lanka and we felt safe throughout our travels. His customer service was excellent and he was perfect for us. Amazing day trip with our guide Dinesh. We booked day trip to Sigiriya and Dambulla cave temple. On the way there we stopped to spice garden where we saw many plantes that we never saw in our life, and we got massage. We also visited woodcraft factory where they show us how they make natural color for painting and it is really like a magic. We stopped in Sakura restaurant for lunch where we ate traditional Sri Lankan food. Amazing day

I have just finished a 8 days tour with dinesh from lanka sage tours. It was simply the best tour I have ever done. The country is beautiful but right from my first enquiry lanka safe tours were the utomst professionals in all communities suggesting itineraries modifying as required. Dinesh was waiting at the airport which was reassuring for this 45 year me and my family travel from 1 day dinesh was punctual interesting informative the most. His knowledge of his country.... We had a great day out with Dinesh our driver, first a visit to a spice garden with everything explained about the different spices and their benefits, plus a massage as well. From the spice garden to Dambulla cave temple, loads of steps but really worth the climb. Sigiriya was impressive, a tough climb up all those steps but again worth it for the incredible 360 degree views, after making our way down, our driver Dinesh was waiting to collect us and take us for Sri Lankan curry and rice at Road to Rock which calls itself a shop in cafe, where the people served us some amazing food at a very reasonable price. We had an excellent day on this tour. The cultural sites are stunning and we saw loads of elephants on the safari. The tour is flexible and we stopped at a wood carving place which we really enjoyed. One tip - the lunch was not very nice, as it is not included and it is a long day, I would recommend bringing a packed lunch to eat whilst travelling.

It was an excellent 12days Tour programme Organised by "lanka safe tours", Srilanka from early morning of 28th December 2019 to 8th January 2020 . We are extremely thankful for a nice car along with decent and very sincere gentleman who accompanied & drove the vehicle tirelessly. The accomodations during our 12days tour to Srilanka covering Negombo, Dambull, Sigiriya, Kandy, Ella, Yala & Galle were really excellent. My girlfriend and I used Lanka safe tours for our 2 week trip and I was so happy with their service. I communicated with Thaksala who helped organize and plan our tour, as well as pick out hotels and activities. I’m addition, I had trouble getting the online payment system to work as well as the Sri Lanka visa, and she helped figure out both of those issues. I would not have been able to plan my vacation without the help of this tour agency, and I found their rates very reasonable compared to the other companies I messaged. We loved our tour and would certainly use them again.

We really did enjoy that day out with Dinesh. He was very professional as a driver and very flexible in planning the tour and giving practical advice at the spot. The final visit to Sigiriya - the sanctuary of the first Buddhist monks in Sri Lanka - was really amazing. Good tour company

I travelled with lanka safe tour in February for 8 days and had an amazing time. Really glad I chose to travel with this tour company, our guide predip was very friendly but more importantly ensured that we had a safe and fun trip. predip made sure we were taken care of at every stage and really went above and beyond for our trip. By the end of the trip he felt like family and I highly recommend the company (if you're lucky you'll get to travel with predip ).

very recommended agency, Dinesh kumara was our tour guide and he became more like a friend! he was super friendly, polite, and really took good care of us.

We were in Kandy a week ago where we bumped into Dinesh in the middle of the very busy bus station and he took us to our hotel for a very fair price (no negotiations required which was nice). He then recommended his services to take us around Kandy the next day. In the end,Tharanga came instead but we were very happy with where he took us, he recommended a very non-touristy place for lunch and organised seat reservations for the Kandyan dance in the evening.

We did a 13 nights 14 days tour. Dinesh had prepared a well organised itinerary. From the day he picked us up from the airport until the last day he was professional and friendly. He always checked if we were comfortable and was flexible incase we wanted to make any changes. It was 14 days so we covered all the sites however even 8 days tour would be sufficient as well. Communication would only be basic English. There was a confusion about the activities of the itinerary not being included in the price, so heads up for everyone. Accommodations and transport was up to the mark. Dinesh always made sure that we were well taken care of and on 2 occasions also changed our hotels because we were not happy. Thank you Chammi also who showed us around in Kandy for a day. This is a simple and warm travel company that will help you make friends rather than just do their jobs.

We had the best day exploring Kandy with these guys! Our driver Tharanga was such an experienced driver, and also such a friendly and helpful person. He would make sure our belongs were safe in the tuk tuk while we were visiting the different attractions. Also the price was really affordable. Would highly recommend hiring these guys if you’re going to Kandy!
