One of the most favorite shopping store of mine. This place has various types of gift items. The place is best tourist attracted shop. Prices are bit high. But product quality is very high. If you’re a lover of Sri Lankan cultural souvenirs & unique clothes, this place will be match for you.❤️❤️

The best selection of souvenirs for anyone who visits Sri Lanka or to purchase souvenirs to gift people abroad. Most of the items could be expensive but some are worth the price and some aren't so expensive. It also has an impressive clothing line and jewellery (by Backstage), footwear and other accessories.

Keep Away - Very poor customer returns policy - bought two tops - returned within half an hour as incorrect size with receipt- refused refund - Appalling customer service - Rude girl at the till and useless manger - will be taking things further .

LUV SL has been there for quite some time now and is one of the best places if you want to get some authentic handmade and recyclable items. They have some unique and beautiful souveniers if you are a tourist or a local who wants to collect something to remember Kandy by. They have really nice T-Shirts and I have not found a better place to suite my taste in clothing and jewellery yet. The clothes and especially the jewellery are quite affordable. The ODEL LUV SL outlet at the Queens building tends to have a lot of promotions and its one place I keep an eye on all the time to get a good deal in shopping.

Best product and best service. Well thought through products. Recommend anyone visiting kandy to go check this store out ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Looks like great modern shop with trained staff, but it's not at all. I have tried nice white linen shirt what I wanted to buy as a souvenir, but when I wanted to pay I was charged 4900 instead of 3000 what was written on tag. When I asked why, they say it's wrong price and this is a right price. Well after arguing for 5 minutes they offered me the shirt for 3500. I still don't understand why the did this. I prefer to say the truth than this scam. Very disappointed and I won't be back for sure. I didn't buy the shirt as I was upset already after all day people trying to scam me with elephants, tuktuks and food... Very poor shop.

This is what happened to a short I got after I wear it on beach for one day. Poor response from customer service online.

Today I made a visit to this store in Kandy and the services given by the two ladies Dushanthi and the Trainee( couldn't get her name), were superb and very professional. They even wrapped the items I purchased according to my requirement very neatly.A big thank you to the two wonderful ladies. Keep up the good work and make Srilanka proud. Prices are little high but the quality is good. We bought gifts to give our officemates when we go abroad. Gifts resembling Sri Lanka can be bought here, specially the elephants and peacocks. Also we bought few batik sarongs. The material is good and durable. Customer service is good.
