No comment on your health services. But if you can't feed the fish in your fish tank then don't have one! Every time someone passes by they swim towards them. They are clearly waiting to be fed. This fish tank may have been placed to calm the patients but its actually a sight of frustration. Feed the fish or don't have a fish tank! They seem to be neglected! Its great that you have such a big tank for them to swim more freely but again what's the point if they are trapped inside without food! Disappointed! Your concern for health shouldn't be limited to those who come with a bill. Feed the fish!

As a tourist with dengue it is difficult to choose a good hospital abroad. I was very happy to have chosen this hospital as they took very good care of me and were very knowledgeable of the dengue virus. The nurses and doctors are very friendly and they will do anything to help. Would definitely recommend this hospital to everybody with dengue and especially tourists!

Extreamly good hospital. Very clean. Rooms are cleaned at least thrice a day. Nursing staff are excellent and take good care of patients. They give good for the patient and extra meal for the person staying with patient for reasonable price. Could have rated 5 but the reception is horrible. They take hrs to checkout. Their system never gets updated. Bill for a one night stay takes about 5hrs to be prepared. They should purchase good billing system. Hotels use "Opera" hospitals shd hv something similar.

Great Hospital, Very Clean, well Maintained, expensive but staff is helpful. I have been here with my 10 months old kid. She had severe infection and rashes on complete body. Doctor diagnosed the problem and given a short term treatment. It’s a blessing, having such great doctor’s treatment when you are in foreign country. Thank you 🙏🏻

Even though not crowded and not equipped as most of the private hospitals in Kandy, Lakeside is a hospital with good care and fair charges. For patients and caregivers covid-19 antigen test is done prior to the consultations.

Only place in kandy for Mammogram scan. Chemo therapy is also available.

Very bad service. Even government hospital service is much better than this. Much irresponsible staff. They gave Bread with jam for a diabetic patient for dinner. And molted tea with added sugar as bed tea. That's how they irresponsible are. They almost took a half a day to calculate the bill for 3days. Even they don't answer the phone. Terrible service. Never recommended to anyone.

- 1 Star. Please feed the fish on time, or else have edible plants in the tank for the fish to eat. It looks like a desert inside. The fish are acting like tank cleaners, and they are desperately nibbling off the allege on rocks ad the bark. Was there the whole day but no one feed the fish at all.

Such a antique doctor.. prescribed steroids for 3 yearchild.. pathetic.. not ready to hear the patients problem as well. Staff was good rather.. helpful and knowledgeable..

One of private hospital available in Kandy city area. Service of this place is professional. Staff is so helpful, kindly supports. OPD doctors are available all the time. Two words are available with around 20 beds. Also there are around 15 rooms available. Vehicle park is available. It’s bit small, but had space, since this place is not much crowded.

I have visited here few times.but My father in law admitted here.i visited him around 11 o clock ⏰ near to midnight.i really happy on this case I could spend nearly 1hour there at midnight.after 12 pass I left from lakeside. But to say whenever I visited I checked on canteen for snacks or some food.never able to buy because nothing in the canteen

Dr Asitha is godsend my wife came with an infection of some sort and was moving out of the hospital in 2 hours after having severe fever for 2 days with no problems!! Great nurses too!! Thank you!!

Very Bad Service

As a hospital place is grate. But entrance to the hospital is poorly constructed. As a hill area should have considered the access to the hospital should be more patient friendly

Very unreliable. In order to channel a doctor, the reception desk wants to contact the sister in charge, but non of these sisters are answering the phone, including the reception desk. Very disappointing

Visited today for severe stomach pain (over 3 weeks) and food poisoning on top of that for the last two days. My Dutch GP prescribed a PPI that did not work. Docter and nurse were very friendly. Prescribed medication for GI bacteria, they included paracetamol and pro/pre biotics which I think is very considerate and carefull. Hopefully my stomach pain and cramping will be gone in the next few days. For other tourist: if you have any medical issues and over the counter medication is not working consider going to this clinic. Helpfully staf, short wait and not too expensive.

Supperb Hospital... As per my experience for three days with my mother... Care facility is maintained in Exceptional condition. Support,fulfilment of patient needs,attend on emergency, cleaness are accomplished to the letter by the nurses, nursing assistants and personal car Assistants.extremely recommended
