    This place used to be really good and clean but it has changed so much over time! It’s not maintained at all. Our appointment was after 6 PM and the place was not even lit up. It’s not only dark and gloomy we had to ask the receptionist to switch on one of the fans. The fan for the reception was switched on while the patients who pay for the services had to request and only one fan was switched on.

    This is very bad place. Employee of here are very bad and not properly speak with the customers and patient. We are from bandarawela and we had booked a appointment for saturday 24th june on 22nd june 11.41am. Today i come for channeling but they told me in there system no any appointment from my name and doctor is not coming for today channeling . After checking there system they told i had an appointment on 21st june . But i had call on 22nd. I dont know how they booked an appointment for me on 21, . The muslim lady who work as a receptionist at rreception counter speak very badly ans she told that is not her problem and they can not take the responsible regarding this. This not a good place for meditation for peoples or animals . I had visit many private hospital and channeling centres . But this is not a channeling centre . This is hell to poor patient . 🖕🖕🖕

    My story - I channeled a well know VOG Named Dr. Chatura Rathnayake. That was my very first experience with a VOG. He literally abused me verbally. All he said that I don’t have eggs in my ovaries. And he said both else. I only asked what should I have to do now. Then he didn’t even care and said just lose some weight and made rude criticism about my body. I almost cried infront of him. Here now I’m pregnant with a healthy baby. Don’t even want to see his face in my entire life again!

    Worst channel center ever in Kandy. You have to call at 6-7 am to make an appointment. No other way. So their phone line will be busy at this time and you will end up with frustration. Next thing is parking. There is no dedicated parking space. You will have to park your vehicle at the corner of the main road. The space inside the channeling center is also very less. Anyway, if you want to channel a good paediatrician, you may not have an option other than visiting this unpleasant channel center. I wonder why those best paediatricians around Kandy choose this type of channel center for their private practice.

    Do not go there with babies. Went there with my baby for his 6 month vaccine and Dr Heshan talked to us rudely when we asked questions. I have no idea how these guys become professors. Finally we pay our hard earned money to get scolded for just asking questions. He even talked sarcastically. This is the worst experience had with a paediatrician. Even the staff is also not concerned about patients and visitors. A place to avoid in future

    Very poor service from the receptionists. Booking was done and the time has changed. They didn’t bother to inform me the change. When inquired they pretended like they called but they were speechless when I proved. Even then they didn’t even apologize rather they argued. Cannot imagine how irresponsible they are. It was used to be a good place but not any more. Very poor customer service.

    I went to Amaya today (2022.01.26) to get some reports. The security guard there was not paying any attention to the customers. He don't know how to speak to costumers. he Sat downstairs and don't care the costumers. He is un useless man to that work place. I will inform it to the visiting officer in the brave guard security service.

    Seems like they are making fool od us. I took 200 calls in between 6 am and 7 am , there were no bodjy to answer, is there any other way to get an appointment

    One of the worst Channeling center. 1.No Parking 2.No credit card acceotef 3. closed Environment so high chance of getting Covid 19 /any other disease get caught 4.No online platform to do channelling so you have to call and do the reservation. At the last moment bookings get cancelled

    So disappointed about the service. The receptions are messing with the clients. In the booking they said docter will come this day. When I went for the booked appointment they said doctor wasn't available.This was the 2nd time they informed me about the doctor's absance when i get there.They just simply said miss/ sir the doctor won't be here.

    Excellent consulatancy and medicines.... No parking... Generally, have to wait at least 2 hours to see the doctor and half an hour at the pharmacy.

    Can make doctor appointments via a telephone call easily. You will updates via SMS messages. There is a pharmacy inside where you can purchase medicines. Vehicle parking space is available but must be limited. Friendly support staff.

    Despite improper behaviour of receptionists , I am writing here about a pediatrician that we consulted. If you are looking for a pediatrician in Amaya, Dr Chandra Abeysekara is the best one for you. I 've been to other pediatricians in this Amaya and they are money and time oriented . Dr Chandra clearly examines the kids and spends time listening to symptoms . She writes down the symptoms and derives the details in an impressive way. We saw that she is really concerned about the kid and not about taking too long with a single patient. We were very happy about Dr Chandra Abeysekara and recommend her for any pediatric medications.

    The worst experience that I faced ever at a channel center. Very rude staff. Wife and me went with new born baby. Just five days after LSCS. They did not give permission to enter me due to covid 19. Its true there should be a limit. But its deficult to handle new born babies who are patients(LSCS) like these by their own. Staff not willing to hear about that and they are not suitable for medical staff. Unable to recomond this place.
