I visit this place yesterday to get treatment for my wife and it was the worse experience in my life at any medical centre. It was happened at CCC Kandy but never like this. The Dermatologist who treat here is excellent no doubt about it but the staff? The front desk guy is the worse person I ever met at any clinic. What a bad person. I don’t know it was rules of the institute but this is attitude. Date was 17th March 2021 I had a telephone appointment day before (16.03.2021) and lady spoke clearly state number is 15 and came 3.30pm. We were bit late due to traffic at Peradeniya old Road and no parking available at place. Has to park road side went further on the road to park and went there 3.50 pm (20 Minutes Late) My Mistake accepted. The front desk guy is very very slow and take more than five minutes for one person I was in the queue. When I reach to desk it was 4.00 pm he says you are late and I have to wait 4 or 5 people came after me has to go first I accepted the number was then is 18 my was 15 . Then he waited me and my wife more than two hours until 6 pm and number was 60 for punishment 20 minutes late. Is it fair? I asked several times please give us time but he always says you are late you have to wait all the people go on this hour. All the people left and new patients came and we waited two hours to get our chance. Few times I tried to left place but my Wife desperately needed to take treatment from this Dermatologist. I have visited many medical centers hospitals, many times as I am a serious heart patient. This is the first time I faced this kind of situation. Even at Government Hospitals. Please don’t do to your patient. They are your Customers. They paid for it. You charge for everything. If this is your policy please change it for good if someone late give him chance after 5 or 6 persons as all other places do. If this is the Front Desk Guy you have to educate him.

Zero responsibility, she will ask you to do expensive procedures, and laser treatment is one of her favorites. But if anything goes wrong especially after sometime she would blame it on the patient. Avoid at all costs.

ADDRESS IN GOOGLE IS INCORRECT !! Utterly ignorant staff, phoned the receptionist a couple times to confirm the address and she blindly advised me to follow google and I requested for a landmark and she kept telling me to follow google, due to their incompetency I was late for the appointment. I went to this unknown address in google and phoned again and finally she asked me to come near Rocell in Peradeniya. If she had told me this at the very first would have avoided all the dramas. Why don’t you guys just update the address in google. Saves a lot of time ! Or have someone competent enough to pick up the calls.

No privacy with the doctor. Nurse glares at the patient and is eager to listen to the issue of the patient. Prescribed medicine is a waste of money... i

I highly recommend you to" not to visit this place...this is the worstest experience I had throughout the years....the medicines what sanjeevani madam recommended ended in such an inferior way....her medicines almost ruined everything....my ailment increased...and for about one month I was suffering from massive side effects.....and therefore I consulted a demortologist in ccc Kandy ....her medicines helped me recover ".....I don't understand what type of skin centre this is......'but for sure they have to pay for the consequences "

My wife got treatment since one year from skin center but still there isn’t a result. They give same creams all the time and it is a big income for them. If a doctor can’t find out the patient’s problem and do correct treatment why should we meet a doctor? My wife do not recover from the problem still and they waste both money and time. There is no privacy with doctor and staff are very arrogant like they are dermatologist. This is the worst experience ever had. Find another doctor for your problems if you want solve you ur skin problems

Best place and excellent service

Dont go to this skin centre.The doc is cunning as hell .She gave me meds for the first time for hair loss and it kinda worked not gonna lie but after consulting her for the second time she recommended me some other meds that basically contains vitamin and zinc pills which we can get from normal food which I researched is completely useless when ur going through a hair loss phase.She wants you to visit her again and again because she cant loose a customer .Be mind-full about these tricks and always do your own research too.ive been taking meds from her for 9 months and now she’s recommending me for a PHP treatment from her slin centre which is costly and temporary.Highly not recommended.

Doctor used to be very kind and attentive to the patient's problems. The whole place is commercialised now and she is more interested in ensuring that patients revisit her rather than addressing our issues. Prescribe the same cream over and over. The staff is also very rude. Someone better remind them that we are not there to seek medicine free.

I finally met Dr. Sanjeewani for my facial scars, she kindly gave me very good results in about two months, I still get treatment from her, she gave me the money back the last two times, she was the great doctor I saw, better organized The institute will teach you how to use the medicine correctly and also place is very clean and neat Highly recommended

Best place in kandy for skin issues! I have never seen a channeling center with this much of a neatness and with the calm background! Everything is silent and perfect..even the management is so perfect! There is separate procedures to every little things like issuing medicines, channeling, advising and all! Must visit this place

I made my appointment a day ago. But the hospital failed to provide me a proper timeline for my treatments. The clinic needs proper patient management. They get all sort of people together and run around each one in different ways. I had to spent over two hours inorder to reach the doctor. Clinic management, try to arrange treatments on one day, procedures on another and have another day to perform triage between two.

Dr. Sanjeewani is a processional. She was able to diagnose my skin condition at once and was able to explain the diseas. Knowing about the disease you have is important so you know how to control it. She provided me with the right medication and was very clear about how to attend to the disease. I really liked that quality of her where unlike other similar dermatologists who give you the medication and make u come back for more.

finest location in Kandy for skin problems! Never before have I seen a channeling facility with this much organization and a serene backdrop! Even the management is flawless and everything is quiet. Undoubtedly Dr. Sanjeewani Fonseka is the best dermatologist for all types of skin issues. Staff is also fine .

Available with all modern skin treatments. Well organized centre and only one in the Kandy city. Highly Recommended for local and foreigners.

This skin center sucks.. a terrible place. I’ve got so many complaints against them. I had to travel from far, visited twice and once I had to turn back home without doing the treatment as a result of not informing the accurate time. And they aren’t even admitting their mistake, they simply don’t care. A simple apology will do, but no they act as if nothing happened. Its nothing for them but for us its a massive time and money wastage. Plus the treatments done had no effect at all, just blank after its done. And they didn’t even tell a proper time period where I could reap the results.. I’m truly baffled by all the stellar comments on this page. Moreover the prescriptions provided aren’t up to the mark. (Unknown names are addressed). And they don’t charge the exact amount they promise, they charge more than that after the session is over. they just waste our time , money, effort and so on. Please don’t get caught! You might also fall into trouble. Never recommend this

Went for a couple of sessions ( seven to be exact ) and saw zero improvement In hair reduction. Each session lasted only 1-2 minutes which I don’t think is sufficient. For what is being charged per session it is not worthwhile

I put this on be half of my wife. Laser hair removal treatment gave great success in about 4 sessions for excessive hair growth caused by her pcos condition. Simply horrible ... cunning ,fake, pretentious ,inattentive , no proper information , rude, sarcastic ... their medicine once ruined my entire skin 😔. When l went and ccomplained the Dr put the blame on me saying that medicine doesnt work on me. Simply disgusting
