Most worst pvt Hospital experience ever had in life. My mother transferred from Suwasewana hospital to here as per the instruction of consultant to complete 5xdays Injection course.They charged 4K under laundry serv. and changed only bed sheet once.Nurse done only 2xinjectings/day and charged 4K per day.Room standard equal to gvt.rest houses but chrged 5k/day.It is shameless to see no authority involving to control standard or price/rates in here. don't waste your time!! Go for Suwasewana or Asri hospitals to get what you are paying for.

Always we encounter the worst experience. The reception is pointless as they don’t know how to respond for patient’s queries. They are in the phone and not bothered of patients. They look at patients as additional troubles. The waiting areas are not properly arranged and its a mess. Furnitures are in poor condition. Even though theres a specific time for a doctor/ consultant, it always get late. My sister made an appointment for an orthopedic surgeon and her number was 13 and the consuting hours were from 12-2pm. However, we kept calling as it passed 12 noon and they informed the doctor not yet there. It was 1.15 we checked lasr and Suddenly after 5-8 minutes we received a text messa that consultation hours are over. We waited from morning for this appointment. Also, most of the time it gets so delayed and we have wasted so many hours by waiting. Consultation rooms are in first floor where a nurse is incharged for each room. However they never be there. Also, you can not know which number is going as they dont have a digital board above the doors. So each time we had to ask the nurse. This was irritating. Once me snd my aunt went for physiotherapy. I also went in with her. The doctor said we have to get the bandages outside. We were helpless, I checked in their pharmacy and was not available. I ran all over the nearby pharmacies to get one. Then only they started the therapy. I realized how much they are disorganized. If matters are informed earlier everyone time will be saved. However, no reduction in their fees though. Highly disappointed.

They have a very unorganized process. Expect to spend more than an hour in a queue even if you booked a slot in advance. When we called them and asked when we could see a doctor without waiting for a long time (we live very nearby and we mentioned that also) , they told us to come immediately. And still ended up waiting almost 2 hours. And ,They charge you extra 3.x % when you pay by a card. It’s 2022 and who still does that ?

not happy about the service.....only the patient can enter, it will not be a problem for the young patients, But for the elderly patients they should consider it more.. they are not assisting either... on another day there were two elderly patience carried by their relatives.... not even a wheelchair service was given.... very very disappointed

Not recommended. Nurses were gossiping, not helping. Was misled by one and wasted my time here. Someone needs to do something about their staff. In vain, the place looked clean. Doctors were also helpful. But I'm so disappointed about the nurses' service.

Don't go to this place. Had a very bad experience yesterday. They don't have phone booking system and wasting people's time. I had to wait there 2 1/2 hrs to see yhe doctor and nurse (i don't know who she was) not taking according to numbers unless we were not there at doorstep when calling. Once i inquired talk to me very disrespectfully 😡 very bad place. Hope another channeling center will come soon to matale

It's basically a private channeling center where you can channel doctors and get advice and medications.

Never waste your time on this place. When it comes to admitting they mostly accept patients that have already been diagnosed at public hospitals. That's how much they trust their own doctors' capabilities. The nurses and staff are extremely rude, the OPD doctors don't even know what they are doing and they never have essential medicine in stock. Again, don't waste your time on this place.

Doctor Kapila is a beast. He should see a psychiatrist before the treatment. The dignity of the hospital will be damaged because of him.

I wanted to consult my father with a VP. On the 8th of January 2022 I called the hospital and booked an appointment for VP. They confirmed the appointment for Monday 10th January and my number was 3. They reconfirmed the number and patient's name with the spelling On the day (10th of January 2022) when we took my father at the said time it was a total disaster and we were told that the number 3 was taken by a sister in the hospital. Then we were told to wait in case if there is any chance to get my father in. No one seemed to take responsibility and no care at all towards the patients. We were ignored. Then out of the blue one person came and told us that since your number was taken by the sister in the hospital they booked number 4 for us and that too was taken by another patient. This is absolutely absurd Finally after waiting for so long we came back without consulting the doctor as my father was too sick and was ignored. Thorough disappointment. So if anyone plans to book an appointment in this hospital better before you book to check with all the hospital staff whether they are planning to get their people on our number Utter shame on Kumudu Hospital, Matale

NO OPD Doctors are available in this so called Private Hospital. Nurses are so rude. No mannerisms at all. Securities act like that they are the chief doctors
