Always
we
encounter
the
worst
experience.
The
reception
is
pointless
as
they
don’t
know
how
to
respond
for
patient’s
queries.
They
are
in
the
phone
and
not
bothered
of
patients.
They
look
at
patients
as
additional
troubles.
The
waiting
areas
are
not
properly
arranged
and
its
a
mess.
Furnitures
are
in
poor
condition.
Even
though
theres
a
specific
time
for
a
doctor/
consultant,
it
always
get
late.
My
sister
made
an
appointment
for
an
orthopedic
surgeon
and
her
number
was
13
and
the
consuting
hours
were
from
12-2pm.
However,
we
kept
calling
as
it
passed
12
noon
and
they
informed
the
doctor
not
yet
there.
It
was
1.15
we
checked
lasr
and
Suddenly
after
5-8
minutes
we
received
a
text
messa
that
consultation
hours
are
over.
We
waited
from
morning
for
this
appointment.
Also,
most
of
the
time
it
gets
so
delayed
and
we
have
wasted
so
many
hours
by
waiting.
Consultation
rooms
are
in
first
floor
where
a
nurse
is
incharged
for
each
room.
However
they
never
be
there.
Also,
you
can
not
know
which
number
is
going
as
they
dont
have
a
digital
board
above
the
doors.
So
each
time
we
had
to
ask
the
nurse.
This
was
irritating.
Once
me
snd
my
aunt
went
for
physiotherapy.
I
also
went
in
with
her.
The
doctor
said
we
have
to
get
the
bandages
outside.
We
were
helpless,
I
checked
in
their
pharmacy
and
was
not
available.
I
ran
all
over
the
nearby
pharmacies
to
get
one.
Then
only
they
started
the
therapy.
I
realized
how
much
they
are
disorganized.
If
matters
are
informed
earlier
everyone
time
will
be
saved.
However,
no
reduction
in
their
fees
though.
Highly
disappointed.
