Me and my friend bought two Nitro tech whey gold 5lbs. We have taken proteins before. Many people recommended us not buy from this place but we still did. This was our second supplement after completing a nitro tech before this (bought from fitness island store colombo) which worked perfectly and gained weight and lean muscle. After using the nitro tech whey gold from supplement factory we both lost weight and lost muscle as well, the products these people sell are 100% fake. The packaging is original but the product is fake. There are hundreds of people who can backup this claim and who have been cheated with fake supplements from supplement factory. Do not purchase from them no matter what they sell 100% FAKE SUPPLEMENTS. I went to buy a Nitrotec pack today. 2Kg bottle gave had a loose lid while the seal is on. Refused to buy. Then tried 3.5Kg pack for LKR 17,000. Still Looks suspicious as it had a Bar code of a fake product I encountered 9 months ago. I told the guy I'll be testing the quality at SGS labs as I have been cheated few time in Sri Lanka. He then told that he's lnvoice book has finished and unable to issue a receipt for the purchase. Looks very suspicious. Didn't buy. He was very comfortable with me not buying it. For me, they are FAKE products.

I've been a customer of Bihara's a long time. When I'm back in the US, I buy the same items off Amazon there--from the official Muscletech, MP, etc. stores on Amazon--that I do when I buy from Bihara here. There is ZERO difference in quality, taste, packaging, or results. Seriously, do you have any idea how difficult it would be to fake flavors and mixability to the level required? No fake would ever be that good. You do not know what you're talking about if you think the stuff Bihara sells is fake. On a more positive note: I've always received responsive, reliable customer service when I've dealt with Bihara or any of the people working for him. And prices have always been fair. It's the only place in Kandy I'll spend my supplement $. Highly recommended.
