It's the best shopping mall in kandy. The place is clean and well kept . The food corner is quality and variety of selection. The cinema is the best in Sri lankan the sound system is fantastic and the children play area is wonderful for kids as well as adults also can enjoy. All the banks are in side the mall.

Best place to visit when you in kandy. It has lot of shops specially phone shops some sweet shops. It has film hall , food courts, playing area and vr zone.

Large mall, a bit cramped though as shops are quite close to each other. It has a very nice kid's entertainment area on level 4. Also has a cinema. Keels supermarket is quite value for money. Food court has a multi cuisine restaurant and burger king apart from other outlets. Staff is helpful and smiling. Nice location too, just opposite the lake.

A trip to Kandy will be incomplete without visiting Kandy City Centre (KCC). Located Infront of the famous Kandy lake it can be accessed via different routes. Have many shops like Miniso, Odel, Adidas, Keells superstore, bakery and banks in the shopping complex. And a food court and a gaming area. Try out the food from here!

Health regulations are openly flouted. Although they made quite a show of maintaining health guidelines at the entrance, the taps to wash hands were placed too close together. When I pointed out to the security guard the shortcoming, he quite rudely pointed out that I am responsible for maintaining a distance of one metre or I should bring my own sanitizer. That’s not the way security personnel should talk to customers. Besides the point is when you have taps placed close together even if a certain customer wishes to maintain the recommended distance there’s nothing stopping others from getting too close.

Its a nice place among the busy streets of Kandy for shopping and dining. You may find performances of Music on weekends as well. The shopping here is a bit expensive but not as exuberant as the Malls you find in Colombo. There is a food court catering Chinese, Thai, Indian and Italian Delicacies. Food is a bit expensive compared to other restaurants you find nearby. However the food is of excellent quality and the ambiance is great, hence worth paying for. One negative thing is that the Toilets are not maintained adequately and in dire need of a renovation.

I recently visited Kandy city center and had an amazing time there! The food and drinks were fantastic, especially the blue spark, spaghetti, submarine, brownie, and chocolate shake. I highly recommend trying them out! The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere of the restaurant was the cherry on top. Overall, I had a great time at Kandy city center and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a pleasant dining experience. Five stars!

Also they are open until late (when comparing with other branches). I mostly visit KCC for banking commercial bank, Peoplesbank, BOC. Nationtrust bank Nsb, DFCC HNB.

I have been to this property in a few years ago.leading Storefront in the region.most of the franchise outlet has been showcased there product. Most of the young people's are hanging around. strict security measures has been implemented to safe guard public and property.this property develop by late nineties.this way of business change old style of marketing.This property has been prohibited to take a Photograph indoor.

If you aren't from Kandy, it's a bit of science to get to the car park, especially at night. Their food court is definitely one of the best in the country, and also above par taste and quality. Their gaming arena also is definitely one of the best, the VR zone is something all kids and adults would love. The parking arrangements and just navigating inside the building a bit annoying, and can feel claustrophobic, but there's a bunch of stores in there.

its the largest shoping mall in the area. slap bang middle of the town but concealed with the surounding shops. once inside you will get almost all tne banks and array of shops ranging from food, restaurents, clothing to electronics. its a well maintained facility and you will see a generous amount of mall security personal roaming around. at the rooftop they host a large food court and a play area. easily you can spend half a day just window shopping

Definitely worth a visit as a tourist! In the top of the mall there is a food court with food from all around Asia (and Italy for some reason), which was really nice. I’m not saying it’s ideal for shopping, but it is a big contrast to many other shopping areas and smaller markets in Sri Lanka.

Some security guards are rude. Don't try to film/vlog or click videos inside as the owner of building may fear to see his shopping mall in vlog reviews. (First time saw such a shopping mall in any country from my experiences from at least 10 countries.) Beside that dirty attitude of management, mall is pretty good to have in city. They have some of best shopping experiences including a film hall and food cafeteria/food court. Food in their cafes are good. But they have very big missing pieces for a shopping mall. No seating or waiting area (I guess, they can add one with entrance ticket to waiting area. As this is located in a poor country). The other one is Car Porch. Pretty much every shopping mall got a nice big grand lobby car porch. Hope it won't be able to add due to lack of land availability.

Well maintained, Clean and spacious shopping mall loxated at the heart of the Kandy. It's a general shopping complex with brand outlets, gaming areas, food court and other shops. The most interesting part of this mall is the food court located at the roof top of the building Here' s very busy during the weekends. Washrooms are clean and well-managed.

Went there just to explore the Mall and have some ice cream. It’s always too crowded. But nice and clean as it should be. Surprising thing is restrooms are locked with a passcode which means only staff can use it. What about customers in mall who are buying your stuff and you’re earning revenue ? Only 1 restroom on ground floor and that too is chargeable. Only 6 urinals of kids height. Smelly, they don’t have time to clean as its only one for public use people will always be waiting to go to. First time I’ve seen paid restroom in a mall and that too just 1. Very disappointing.

This is one of the best projects that came up in the city core. It has provided the badly needed hangout space, especially for the youngsters. Its food court is of higher quality compared to similar places in Colombo. Large parking floor is a blessing.

A few shops yet to be opened, but there are a great variety of shops for garments, very few electronic shops though. Major attraction is the food court in the rooftop with electronic card system to enter, exit and buy food. Need to park at Kandy municipal council car part at the next door with ample parking spaces and not expensive as well.
