Used this cab service couple of times and this is the best in kandy, good well maintained vehicles, polite service and very polite and humble drivers.

Bad communication I will never go in this again. The man who communicated with me is a scammer. Do not go for this

We initially booked for a Nissan N16, they sent a Toyota hatchback car. We were traveling from Kandy to Bentota, the cab driver was extremely rash, and also rude to us. He would never tell us the exact distance or time to reach the destination. When we kept asking after 5.5 hours, after getting suspicious, he got angry and shouted at us, braked in the middle of the road and literally scared us. We immediately asked him to take us to the police station and sorted the issue there. Never take cabs from Kandy cabs and tours

I would highly recommend the cab service from them. Drivers are very disciplined and the vehicles are in very good condition. We went on couple of trips with them including to Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa and later Colombo. I am very satisfied with those. I booked a taxi to Pindurangala and later wanted to cancel it 24 hours before. They did the cancellation without a hesitation understanding our situation. I am very happy with their professionalism.
