Poor customer service and the girls working there are very annoying. Ask them to visit other miniso stores to learn how to treat a customer properly.

I should have read the reviews before going to the store. It was used to be a good shop. 16/9- there was no price tag in any of the products. Every item should be carried to the counter and price need to be asked. When asked, the sales rep saying prices are updated daily basis. What lawless country is this!!!!!! They are increasing price of items daily and not even putting a tag. I bought an educational toy ( panther product and their price tag-MRP 650) THE CASHIER CHARGES 850 SAYING THE PRICE UPDATED. Not even a bill given. Its high time KCC MANAGEMENT TAKE NOTE OF THIS ILLEGAL SHOP AND TAKE IT DOWN. OR ELSE THE CITIZENS OF KANDY WILL GIVE THE DUE TREATMENT TO THIS SHOP IN NEAR FUTURE. PLS TAKE NOTE AND CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT.

Can you guys ask the staff, not to follow the customers like following thiefs? If we need any help we are more than happy to talk to them and ask for help. So please stop following... Hahaa

Good product.. but the price isn't mentioned in any of the products>_<.. the staff are useless.. the last time we visited, there was no staff except for cashier.. the rest of the staff were in the staff room laughing.. it was annoying.. no discipline at all.. you have to do something about it MINISO..😡

My most favorite shop, i love miniso because its hard to not mention how cute its stuffs are.

So basically, there are no price tags for most stuff, the staff is not very helpful. But really, what else would you expect when Abans takes over? B the way, I saw the same thing on AliExpress for like 6 times less.

The first Miniso opened is SL. You get tempted to buy stuff because the prices are reasonable compared to other stores with similar products. It’s a place where they have anything & everything. Out of the beauty products my favorite would be their nose strip & the compact face mask. Wouldn’t recommend the earphones but most of the goods available are quite okay

Miniso kandy foolish staff

Very modern space with lots of great options and for reasonable prices. Usually quality products. It's easier to test as the sales representatives are always ready to open the packs and there're plenty of samples which can be tested. Items tlranhe from Kitchen wear to tools to toys to electronic gadgets to cosmetics. Worth your time.

all quality Chinese products are available here... very nice shop.. staffs are friendly.. but they can expand the shop with more items..

Used to be a nice outlet earlier but now it’s different. I think which is since Abans owns Miniso’s franchise, can feel the Abans vibe now. The sales representatives are extremely rude. They were scolding a customer (after that customer left the store) in bad language and loudly so the whole store (all the other customers) could hear. They lack product knowledge they claim they don’t have the products which are actually there in the store. Should log a complaint to Miniso to discontinue letting Abans be their franchise. Decided not to shop anymore from Miniso.

Price is not mentioned in most of the products. It’s hard to contact staff member every time you need to know price of a product. Also most products are pricier than other places now probably because of current situation.

Their staff is useless... Today I experienced a very bad situation because of them. Please teach them to respect customers. Otherwise you will lose your regular customers like me

True, Kandy Miniso is one of the branches in Sri Lanka. But I vow that it is the best Miniso branch in Sri Lanka, when it comes to the customer service.
