Kandy Casa was everything we expected and more!. Thank you for a much needed, relaxing holiday! The villa is tastefully furnished and high standards are maintained. Chathura, the manager was most welcoming & hospitable and went out of his way to make us comfortable. The meals were delicious, well presented and always on time, which was mostly appreciated by our constantly hungry kids. The morning after we arrived, we were fortunate enough to witness the gorgeous sunrise that blankets the entire area with a warm glow. The brilliant view from this ‘castle on a hill’ is truly breathtaking! At sunset, as we sipped a coffee on the balcony, we were greeted by a family of monkeys and the sight of a pair of serpent eagles that swooped down and perched on a tree in the near distance. Later that evening, as my family entertained themselves playing carrom and chess, I was afforded the rare luxury of some alone time in the large tub, just to relax. It was an unforgettable holiday and we will be back for more!

If only all hosts would be as helpful, attentive and gentle as Jagath! His attention to details, his advises, his help: all perfect! He even went out to buy us something when we needed it and removed 100 LAK from the price he paid (we saw the receipt), so we have a round sum. The house is very spacious on the Kandy hills, very nice breakfast view. Woden floors and dining table are impressive. We had a driver taking us up to the house, did not go by foot, but I saw some tourists on foot as well in the other houses. Villa has 4 rooms, very spacious all of them. Another couple was in the 4th room and they got scared of the gecko noises (they make a mating noise I think), but someone in our group explained them what they are and not to be afraid: they eat the insects, so it is good to have them in the room (but it is true they could make some noise, so in this case check if there are any before going to sleep… we had 2 in our room and it was quiet all night). Very nice experience, very attentive and professional staff, I would definitely recommend this villa! Oh yeah: and breakfast is very good too, plus we had laundry, he took care for a cery low price (I regret not sending more to laundry).

It was an awesome experience. Rooms are so clean, comfy and minimalistic. Nice interior and mountain facing rooms. We were able to see the knuckles mountain range and the sunrise through our window. Delicious food and great service. They even prepared meals according to our expectation. Chatura and his staff was very helpful. Met all the expectations and beyond. I would definitely go there again and highly recommend to anybody who visit Kandy. And a huge bonus point for feeding stray dogs with love. Thanks!

One of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka! The staff is so helpful and make you feel like you're at home. The room is spacious and was very clean when we arrived. We specially liked the view from our room, overseeing the mountains. Strongly recommended if you're in Kandy!

It was a wonderful experience. Very well maintained and beautifully decorated place. The villa is spacious and very clean. We went with family and truly enjoyed it. The food was very excellent. Large portions. We loved our stay at Kandy Casa. The view from this villa is to die for.

Amazing place and the view of Knuckles range on sun rise is perfect. The rooms and the toilets are new and very clean. The staff and food is perfect. Highly recommend to go with a family to this villa. Kandy temple is less than 2 KM's from the villa. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay and great hosts! The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We also decided to have a dinner on the premises… and we wanted it once more. The chef prepared truly delicious, mouthwatering food! Just mind you have to order it in advance (a few hours should be enough) so that they could prepare whatever you are interested in. Highly recommended for both shorter and longer stays!

It’s a wonderful place to stay. Staff were friendly, caring and pleasant. Also the dinner and breakfast are delicious. Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. I highly recommend the Kandy Casa for locals as well as for foreigners. I would probably choose Kandy Casa next time as I and my family have experienced a warm welcome of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of the place.

From the moment that our friendly host Chathura greeted us with a well timed joke, we knew our stay was going to be very enjoyable. And it turned out exactly as we expected - Awesome. The venue itself is amazing offering some good views of the mountains around Kandy, as well as the Knuckles mountain range in the distance. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The food was amazing and both Wasantha and Chathura catered to our every need without hesitation. Definitely recommend this place.

Five stars is really low! The accommodation was more than exceptional. Very nice staff and owner of the accommodation. We had an unbelievably beautiful view. The lodge was very well equipped and the cleanliness literally amazed. They prepared us such a rich breakfast that it was impossible to eat in two people. I had the most wonderful stay at Casa Kandy. Especially the hosts made the stay truly unforgettable! I‘m happy about the decision to not directly stay in Kandy town as it is very busy and loud. Casa Kandy is up the hill and has great views and offers more quietness. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The best thing about my stay was meeting Vljitha and eating his incredibly tasty food. The breakfast was already great. They offered tons of different things, fruits, pancakes, toast, omelette, salad etc. I had twice dinner at the hotel and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The food was very tasty, a huge variety of different veggies and ingredients, great fish and everything was selfmade and made with a lot of love. You could truly see that it’s Vljitha‘s greatest passion to make food, talk about it and making guests happy. He made me very happy and I would definitely come back!

Simply spectacular location with panorama view, town center fairly close but need a tuktuk to reach. Large spacious bright rooms, table games availble as chess, carrom. Cost of meal is $10 per person but there is chance to buy and cook by yourself too as we did. The breakfast was included and i was surpriced for how great it was. shoutout to the cook who prepared the dinner for all of us for just 2500rs .Raccomanded for large group of people, we really enjoyed the property.

Ashoka (the house manager) and Prasanna (chef) ensured our time at Kandy Casa was a true vacation. Food was amazing, whether the request was for western food or local favorites. Every detail was thought of from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.
