Disappointed since even after pre orders (S22 Ultra) requested additional 65k in order to deliver. Worst customer care and does not recommend. Please choose Dialog rather than Softlogic since they have kept their promise to deliver to the pre ordered price. Attached a screenshot on how Dialog handled the situation so anyone who wants to buy any device in future from Softlogic can truly know how they treat their customers

I visited your shop KCC around 11.45am to buy a phone.. But the person who is working behalf of Softlogic in the shop is very arrogant and not understand even basic of customer care and service. I raised this with him and he said he doesn't care I buy or complain about service. I am sure a person like this Softlogic surly will have to close the shop very soon

Wow, the best customer service experienced after a very long time. Those 3 boys are just wow. If you happen to be in KCC just step into this place and I know you will buy a mobile phone even if you don't want it. I was served by Indu Rathnayake and I was amazed to see how charming he was and he managed to up-sell a device to me. A tourist who just wanted some information on how to top up his mobile connection was welcomed and directed even it wasn't their job. Truly they add a meaning to what 👋 service is all about. Had a very bad experience in this outlet. The way they served me was amazing only until I buy a mobile phone. The phone detected with issues even before 7 days and there response was worse when I complained about it. The outlet denied to take any responsibilities and the phone was given to the service center one month ago as per their advise, but there is no responsibile reply from them too. Its not only a waste of money, but also wasted lot of my time in communicating this with them getting this solved, but still there response is we are waiting for the instructions from Colombo
