Day 01 - Rooftop Restaurant Very clam and really hot. Only me was there. There is a toilet directly facing the dining area and it had a malfunctioning saloon door. When you sit at the table, the first thing you see is the toilet. It was really disgusting thing to see when you eat. Food are averagely good but not the best for this price range. No major incidence Day 2 - Rooftop Restaurant Was a Sunday and few tables were occupied. Order the same menu and they totally messed up my order and gave me something else. I asked about it and they refused to take an any action. So I payed the bill and leaved. Im not recommending this restaurant. Food are filled with MSG and not pleasant customer service. And some of the meat and prawns were rotten. Never ever visit here !

5th floor of delight bakers is another great experience. But specially at night. Sky lounge is great atmosphere. Great to have time with your kids while enjoying the surrounding of Sri Dalanda street kandy. Mostly people come to the upper floor for drinking purposes. Plenty of space available to sit. But the elevator is a problem. Only 4 people at once. It's not a problem at all. Food and drinks are great. We had a Vegitable chop suey, Fresh lime and a chicken soup. That was great. Chicken soup is a blast. Great one to have . Customer service satisfaction is good. I really like the way they do it. No issue to tell. Probably not the best but kind of good. 🙂 Recommend this place is safe for a girl at night. Highly recommend

Very nice place for deserts and juices. There's a seating area in the up floor. Many types of deserts and cakes. Great location. Friendly staff.

We had the mixed special fried rice, which was a chop-suey rice dish. It was tasty, priced at ~Rs. 2,500, and was quite enough for two people. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. However, the restaurant tends to get quite busy, and there was only one staff member handling the orders. Hence, the service was very slow

Delight Sky lounge or Tandoori restaurant is one of the best places to have a drink with your friends. We usually order Seafood mongolian rice and beef stew or beef chopsuey. Both of these floors has air conditioned dining area to have meals with you family and friends.

Just stopped here as walking through the streets of Kandy, lots of quick bites to have on the go were available, manager came to explain what each option was and settlers on the mushroom and onion roll and must say it has lots of filling and was very tasty, my friend had the egg roll but little filling compared to else where we had, good prices and busy place, staff were friendly and service was quick

Myself and my family had visited the restaurant today. Food is really good and delicious. We were dining in the tandoori indian cuisine . I wanted an italian menu from sky loungue. The customer care is very poor indeed the behaviours of the employees are really annoying. I dont blame everyone here but i do blame the employee behaviours of the tandoori Indian cuisine. Especially the lady employee. I feel so disappointed by the customer service. Just because the food is good they gotta consider thelis behaviours too.

Restaurant looks like a 5 star hotel and prices also the same. but service is not. They take too much time to serve oders. It is not because having insufficient crew or low facilities. It is completely because carelessness and irresponsibility of the staff members. I ordered a chicken kottu and they took more than 20 minutes to serve it although it was not busy time. I was sitting there for more than 20 minutes. Afterwards I went to counter and asked about my order. Then I realized that the chef has prepared my kottu and placed it on the table near the counter before long. But the waiter knew it when I asked about it. Just think how weak is the companionship among staff members? Chicken kottu was 425 rupees and I don't think it is worth for that price. Service quality of street food restaurants is better than here. At least they don't serve glass of water when customer oder something. Also they don't clean tables after someone having food. No matter how expensive look restaurant has, essential thing is cleanness and the neatness. They don't have both of those. I think hotel administration is doing it's part pretty well and fault is completely on crew member's hands. Really very disappointed!

They don't even know where to put a birthday greeting on a cake when the cake is made.The ordered cake and the made cake are shown below Please Don"t cheat peoples. ................ You think twice before ordered Birthday Cakes from Delight Restaurant. But I say you never order cake from Delight Restaurant.

The food is delicious. There is plenty of space for seating. Not that crowded in the morning. The customer service is fine. The price is fair compared to some shops.

I ordered salads that cost around Rs. 700. However, the actual dish looked different from what was shown in the menu card picture. I wouldn't recommend trying it. Although, they do have many other food items that I would suggest trying. Just not these types of foods.

We went to this place to have breakfast.we had rice and curry, but unfortunately the fish was very old.Inedible. Mouth watering and the rice is raw. Then we told them that the food was not suitable, but they didn't care about it. Then we got a piece of cake again because we were hungry, it was an old dry cake. Never recommend this restaurant.

This place is situated in kandy town near to "Dhalada Maligawa" and infront of KCC(Kandy City Center). Self care service is on going there. Friendly staff and tasty food available here. Highly recommended!

Nice, simple, fair priced restaurant. Love their milk coffee. Bun varieties are also available. Would be nice if they serve us the buns toasted and hot.

I just ordered a chicken cheese pasta from this restaurant for my kid using pickme food app (cost 1970LKR). But they delivered very little portion even not enough for a kid (about 70g) and they did not include any of chicken either. So i went there and asked them to not to do this again specially for the cuatomers who is order foods via foods apps. Totally dissapointed at their service and they deceive their customers. Not recommend to anyone who is going to order foods via online platforms.

A good and easily reachable place from Kandy city. They offer many varieties of meals. when weekends this place almost full of people And there is a facility to arrange little events in their upstairs lodges.

The Chicken Kottu was awesome. It was very tasty. I liked the wet texture.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST BAKERY!!!!😡 Bought their doughnuts, from the Matale branch, thinking it would be good, BUT it was AS HARD AS ROCK!😡 I called them and complained about the situation and their response was "it's not our fault, we get all the doughnuts from the Kandy branch" when I called the Kandy branch they told me that they "would give me a refund" and there was no response later AND THEY WERE VERY RUDE...It looks like it was made 3 - 4 days ago😡 It was VERY STALE! WORST BAKERY I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!😡😡 NOT RECOMMENDED!!😠😡😡

Think twice before going to this place ...they take long time to serve ....we waited more than 30 minutes and they didnt inform the delay properly...gave excuses as other dining places are close so they take longer than usual .. And the fried rice didnt contain enough chicken but the rice portion was enough ...the place was not cleaned properly ...This is the worst experience in kandy ...I hope the management will take necessary action to uplift the standard.Because my intention is to construct not to destroy ....

Harsh Criticism for any restaurant when they do false advertising in their menus. FYI, Chicken biryani is Biryani rice cooked with chicken in it. When u serve bland fried chicken with vegetable biryani.. it isn’t Chicken biryani, but veg biryani and Chicken. Wouldn’t mark their Indian wing as an Indian restaurant either so…. If u guys are carrying out food business, make sure to commit for what you guys are cooking or otherwise remove that menu item from ur menu. 👎🏻

we ( from Anuradhapura ) visit Kandy (near dalada malligawa) delight baker Very often. Good food,good service ❤ But sad to say the custermer service of Delight baker in katugasthota road ( 411, katugasthota road ,kandy). Date 2022-05-30-..9.30.10.10 am breakfast table 😥 He throw the food and have fun call.we had to search even drinking water.

One day their lift had stopped suddenly. (Power cut) No one came for help, No one cared emergency sounds We had to open it from inside and get out 😆

Good food! Bad service! Bought cake and a cafe, got the cake and the coffe didn't make it to me.. when I check it was there on the counter, o e of the guys pointed to me to go get it! Not big deal for me, but I know when it comes to customer service, that's bad right there..
