worst experience... said they will give the quotation within 4 days, but took 7 days for it, just to give the same quotation they gave me a month ago. said they have all the parts needed for repair, and a week later when i call said parts are needed to shipped from china! took my money and came back phone lines are not working, said its because they have one line(how is that?), later found out that they avoid answering customers intentionally(!) with so many negative reviews i wonder why no one has taken any action from head office. no care for customers, only thing they do is wasting customers time.even at the office they take a long time for simple check.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED ! Worst ever experience :-( Sent my device for a battery replacement & to solve a power key issue. But returned my device with a broken power & volume keys with celotape. And the power key fell off the next day. When tried to contact they never answer their office number. Once contacted an agent from this place he said that it's possible to break the buttons when trying to fix them, and putting a tape is all they can do. That's it. Extremely disappointed. Not a trustworthy place to handover your valuable devices.

Nothing much to say. Staff is okay. Bus ot enough only one person is on duty.

Service of the front counter staff member was excellent. However when tried to call them through their official number to check the status of the service they never responded to my call. Then I had to call the sales office staff from whom I bought the device to get their support to reach out to Kandy service center. After several attempts one staff from Kandy center phoned me saying he will confirm the collectability of the device by 1.30pm of same day. But he never phoned me back. So I had to call them again to check about the device. So Kandy service center needs better customer service specially responding to calls.

Unprofessional, not recommended, unreasonable price My dad's phone had a issue of not showing sim card. Went there and while I'm visiting there was a power cut so all the staff idling and having fun. Without any delay they took my phone and told me they'll call withing 3 days. After 3 days I tried to contact them but they DON'T ANSWER. I went there after 3 days. They didn't even touched my phone. Again asked my what's the problem, after that they told me they need 8,000 rupees to repair it. I came home open the phone by myself and repaired it. Unreasonable high price isn't the issue, they wasted my time.

Best smartphone after sales service in Sri Lanka. I am very satisfied. Friendly staff. We can get to know any thing from them related to Huawei. Very kind staffs. Fast service and highly recommend.

1 st time nova 2i battery and display replacement with 4h 2nd time water damage but still 3 months not yet fixed or fixed answer. If anyone using there not in day repair , before handover take pictures of your device , there cracking that device and there not responsible on damges , not recommend for more day repair

Place is Good. Clearly maintaining Covid-19 avoiding methods. But atbthe time i visit there, there is only one Agent in counter and it took bit long time to serve for customers. But his service also good an satisfy. Nice place and seems having all the repair parts.
