Although their products are good, the service at the KCC branch is horrible. They kept urging me to get their loyalty card which was 1000 LKR! Said it had many benefits including 10% discounts for every purchase, discounts on my birthday. They mentioned all those details except the fact that this card EXPIRES AFTER ONE YEAR and once it does, customers have to purchase the card again to continue with the benefits. I am disappointed because they did not tell me that detail when they urged me to get the loyalty card in the first place. They conveniently left that out. Disgraceful marketing.

Just plain rude staff. Sent my partner over to get me a lip liner and the staff had the audacity to ask if he's actually going to purchase anything when he asked if he can swatch the tester.

Eventhough I love the body shop product the seller wasnt friendly at all.Very bad customer service.

The staff here are very unhelpful. They assume everyone who comes to the store can't afford their products, so they don't even bother trying to offer service. I walked in to buy a product but left without it just because how the staff were acting like their products were too good for people.

Great products, but surprised at the rude service.
