I visited for a pantry. Overall customer service is very poor.when if it is first visit they will make a good attention for u. After making an order they will pay you less attention. The person who are handling pantrys u cannot expect quality service from him. Totally dissapointed.. Damn branch

Wow wow wow! The neat arrangement and the floor separation for each categories will make much easier to observe and find stuffs u need! And the after sale service! No words! Onliest place that u give 100% true after sales service! They even do transport even for warranty claims 100% free and take good care of it! Even if they failed to repair, unlike other stores, they will replace u a brand-new one! After i chose damro, i never went for an another store to purchase my housing accessories.

It was a welcome sight to see the Damro tea showroom and though we are acquainted with the tea gardens in Assam and Darjeeling we were pleasantly impressed by Damro tea showroom which in every way is a five star affair.The various tea were on display and small groups were led into the bulk packaging plant.The process were explained and it gave an insight into tea making operations The ant was neat clean and was efficiently managed with minimum workforce .There is a showroom and one could buy the type one prefers and the Orange Pekoe from Ceylon is considered one of the finest teas in the world in its own categorry

Good place for electronic and furniture items

Very good. The products are of high quality and the after sales service is amazing. Also the best place to buy an Air conditioner because every four months they will call you and service it. They really care about their customers!.

Worst customer service ever. If the company wants to move forward they really need to reconsider most of their Kandy branch employees. The delivery guys are so unprofessional too, they damaged the balcony walls and railings as they tried to lift the products over the balcony, when i turned around for a minute (to show them the way to the first floor). They are even asking me to lift some of the products. Why offer home delivery if you need the clients to lift the products off the vehicle. NEVER AGAIN!

I'm delighted to rate Damro Showroom in Kandy with 5 stars! My recent visit to purchase an office chair was a success. Compared to other furniture stores, their extensive collection truly stood out. The added benefit of free same-day delivery to my doorstep was a fantastic perk. The only drawback is its distance from Kandy town. Best after sales service I have ever experienced in my life. There was an issue in my television which was purchased from them after two years. Due to my busy schedule it was very difficult to arrange a service session and Mr. Malaka who work at Damro workshop was very flexible and completed my service adjusting according to my busy schedule.
