Poor and arrogant customer service. Especially the old hag lady representative at the fixed deposit seat. What an attitude problem she has. It'll be just as easy for us to speak to her the same way she speaks to a customer, but i do not want to embarrass myself. Please employ people with class. After all, you are a good bank.

Worst customer service ever.. It took more than 1.30 hrs up to now for the process of opening a new account and they become arrogant when I question how long would it take more as we don't have all day to waste here. I'm yet sitting here doing nothing but watching there don't care attitude. Hate commercial bank

Highly unreliable and poor customer service. As a customer you have to be behind the staff to get the service right because you can never rely on them. Never seen such a deteriorating service and how the Commercial bank staff simply get away after delivering such poor ,unprofessional services.

Even though this is the main branch, it's not open on Saturdays and Sundays. If you want something done you have to come on a weekday. Super inconvenient. It's open till 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

When I was trying to park my bike, the security guard's face went all sour when he saw me. He was like, "Just park it outside." Didn't even have the decency to look me in the eye or open the gates. They say it's parking for customers, but apparently, that only applies to cars coz I never had such a problem parking my car there before. These people are totally biased, from management to the security guard. Next time, they should put up a sign saying "Parking Only for Cars." Then others won't waste their time looking for a nonexistent spot, it's that simple.

Worst customer service. From the security to people inside. Rarely have a smile. Feel worse than gg to a government bank and they always treat customer as if we are coming to ask them for a loan. But they do have a lot of ATMs so withdrawals are easy.
