I read ur reviews and I am confused because when I went I had to wait for a long time to get my medicine. The staff was talking with each other without attending the customers

We went to buy a medicine, but it was not available with them. But the staff promised me to get it by tomorrow evening. Very good customer service.

They're not friendly. They don't even try to look at us when we are waiting .We have to wait for a long time to contact a person. This is the worst place I have ever been

If you are looking for intelligent pharmacists and assistants this is the place to go. One of medicines was 45 mg but Sri Lanka doesn’t carry 45 mg. But they do have 15 and 30. They immediately recommended. Other pharmacies Jack common sense. If they don’t have 45 they just send you away. Really unintelligent to lose business. Poor analytical skills. Highly recommend the variety of medicines, customer service and intelligence.

This is the largest pharmacy in kandy.you can buy any newer drug always .cost of drugs also lower than the other pharmacoes in kandy

Very poor customer service. Always an unpleasant experience when I had to visit here with pharmacists ignoring you and sometimes you have to talk to several people to get an ear.

Very poor customer service. When there were only two customers in line ahead of me, I patiently waited for my turn. However, the front desk person, Mr. Wijekoon, started serving customers who arrived after me, even though I had been waiting there. It seemed like he knew them personally. When I asked him about it, he responded in a disrespectful and arrogant manner. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed of his service.

Medically fit

Didn't have any medicine that I needed great area and all but I didn't have a nice time here if I'm being honest.

Helpful but crowded

I’ve been a long time customer (more than a decade) of this place. Sad to say this place has become very hostile towards customers recently. Specifically the front desk staff are so rude and get aggravated by asking a simple question. My wife, a doctor who wanted some medical stockings was asking what sizes they have. The saleswoman “Shanthini” was so rude and refused to answer 🤷🏾‍♂️ then when we finally managed to get the stockings with some help with another salesman. this saleswoman come back and throws the bill at us! I spoke to the manager and explained this is not the way to treat a customer. he said “sorry” but he didn’t seem to be sorry at all. Very disappointed.

Once you figured out the Sri Lankan system it was fine. A nice dude was helpful in steering me through the local cold and flu options.

Went there for toothpaste and there was a wide selection. Employees were really friendly.

The best Pharmacy in Kandy. Does retail as well as wholesale Business. Well stocked. Closes by 6.00 pm. Honest people.
