We stayed there for one night. The rooms were super clean and cosy. I loved the stay. The bathroom was also clean and modern. Room was air-conditioned, had an electric kettle too.(the one in our room didn't work though.) Parking is available The staff was friendly. The place is just Infront of the pinnawala elephant orphanage. The pinnawala zoo, Iperanigama park and the agricultural place are in the walking distance (500 m). Highly recommend the rooms. They had some cute rabbits in the garden. They have a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, but would not recommend it for dining. For breakfast and lunch Iperanigama park is highly recommend.

Love the place and the rooms are pretty comfortable and spacious. Service is admirable.

Cleanliness is assured in this hotel. It is very easy to visit pinnawala elephant orphanage as the hotel is just in front of the place. Staff and the owner are very supportive and they have great hospitality

Overall stay was nice but there was 2 issue. Bed sheet was dirty which is they change it immediately and smelly,have to do something about shower head water pressure was sooooo low. Owner and hsk lady was friendly and helpful

One of best hotels in Pinnawala for dining in and night stays

What was the best thing? Small rabbits in the garden. Don’t expect europien standard, it’s typical srilanlan coffee bar - it means nescafe and juices. It’s not bad, if prices for tourists weren’t so high. 🙃

This place is run by a rude and day time drunk owner, who will take your NIC or Passport to kept with them even when you provide a copy. The room is equipped with a poor A/c and doesn't have a fan, it will be really hot. Wouldn't recommend anyone to book this place.

The people who run this are SO lovely!!! Highly recommend to stay here. The room is very spacious and well maintained, AC, mini fridge with beverages (at extra charge), balcony. They offered free transportation to the Millennium Park (which I don't recommend going to any of these elephant places as they treat the elephants horribly and I suggest you walk around as there's a small place near the river where you can enjoy seeing a couple of elephants, unchained, enjoying a bath and meal in their natural habitat). Back to hotel, the breakfast was amazing and very filling (string hoppers with both spicey and nonspicy coconut chutney, fruits platter, toast and jam, and some weird omelet looking thingy). Overall, this was amazing.

Had a five star experience during the first stay because negotiations with the person in charge was successful. But during the second stay, i had to negotiate with the owner who asked for a higher price which wasn't reasonable for a couple of excess hours. Other than that, the rooms are cosy clean and spacey. Bathroom is big and clean. Has vehicle parking, but not surrounded by a parapet wall.

Stayed there a night.. this is a good place if you're visiting the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage as it is right opposite to the orphanage. Very close to the road and other attractions of the area.. This is a low budget hotel and is worth the price..

Room is very clean and comfortable. Satellite TV/AC/Mini bar fridge available. Front balcony gave us different experience. Hotel location is so convenient. Parking available. Breakfast also good. Manager and other people also very kind and helpful.

Cool place right infrant of the Pinnawala elephant orphanage. Price is very very reasonable. But buffet is not available, but they have a menu so you can order foods anytime, they deliver to your doorstep.

Room is cozy. But they have to think about the cleanliness. Dirty towels and lot of ants in the bathroom. Staff were okay. But they have to more concentrate about their job. Overall worth for money!

For the price that we pay place is good

Not recommended for casual diners. Staff is not friendly and the parking lot is handled improperly by rude guys. Not a customer oriented place. You are better off traveling a few kilometers towards Kegalle town to grab a quality bite.
