Very poor after service...brought a beko washing machine. Delivered a display machine with no manuals and missing knobs. As loyal customers we expect a standard service from singer than this.

I have purchased a bed, a fridge, a cooker, a washing machine and drier and many other things through the Singer KCC outlet and the shopping experience has been absolutely smooth thanks to Sales person, Kogul at the KCC branch. He gives such a good service, he is knowledgeable about the products and always informs us about latest products and deals and once we choose to buy something he acts quickly and supports us and updates us until delivery. Exceptional service and superb customer care provided by Ms Sandamali Senanayake of Kandy KCC branch of Singer, at the time of my purchase. Attention to details is a very rare quality you could expect, but Ms Sandamali was exceptional in that aspect. I in-fact had very very bad experience with Singer few months back where the manager Mr Yasas Nanayakkara and the staff of Thimbirigasyaya Singer outlet played me out for cheap gains where I would never recommend any person to visit or purchase any thing from. Amidst that having individuals like Ms Sandamali is an asset to an organization.

I purchased a refrigerator from Singer Kandy City Centre a few days back. Anuradha Ranasinghe was my agent. Anuradha was very professional and very efficient throughout the process. She was in contact with me until the product was delivered. Anuradha is an excellent staff that I highly recommend.
