We can get a good shopping experience here.. I could get everything here. (Clothes- Men/ Females , gifts ) Their products have a good quality and durability is very good...They had a good collection of clothes by the time I visited there. They give big discounts these days. It is spacious, clean and well-maintained. The staff is very good and friendly.. Their customer service is very good..A good place..🛍️👍📌️❤️😍

One of best fashion wear outlets located in bitween kandy & Peradeniya. Good trendy selections is available for all age groups with reasonable pricing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only thing is its bit crowded during the weekend. Ample parking is available.

Seems like they are doing a genuine business as they have not increased prices of their existing goods, noticed price increases in new batches only. That do not have a vivid collection. But reasonable. 09.2022 - I had a great experience @ CIB as most of the sales staff in many clothing outlets are reluctant to support customers specially in searching of goods from the stores. However, I went there in search of pair of shoes for my daughter after visiting many outlets around the are locality. As I experienced in many outlets, I couldn't find a suitable pair of shoes due to restraints over imports. At CIB also the same, however there was only one pair that seems okay and the wanted size was not there even at the stores. There was one salesgirl (Ms Hasini) and did her very best to please my daughter by searching the required shoe size and finally she found one. Ms Hasini's commitment towards customer service was excellent. Employer must identify such employees and treat them better as they are the ones who place the business name in a better place.

The worst experience is in cib peradeniya there's a see through door in the entrance and no one can see that's a door ...and I broke my nose ( I have attached pictures and the door under this ) cause you can't see the door it's a transparent door they haven't put a sticker or anything so can't see literally ...I'm like the second customer who had this experience.....and I had to pay 15000 rupees to the hospital because of that and the manager in cib is worst he literally scolded saying only rich people go to hospitals like * suwasewana* and said they will never pay for the mistake they did and didn't even pay for the bills .. because the hospital is right next to it and my nose was bleeding so much so had to go to the near by hospital as soon as possible..and they said cause it's a private hospital they won't pay and when we told to pay for the medical bills because it's their door so it's there responsibility to put at least a sticker on that so anyone can see There's a Door Infront the entrance he literally said " if we are poor why didn't you go to the government hospital " like what the heck?? It's not about money we literally can pay for anything but his so manly attitude????? Didn't even apologize for their fault..I'm so disappointed..

Don't buy clothes or equipments from here they don't have the basic humanity. Mistakenly i bought a kids spender and i figure out lately and i came and gave them to change it for this was happen like after 2 weeks i guess they ignore the changing of the item bebecause of the it was longer than 7 days but hear me out we all do mistakes and most of people don't do cheatings for something loke 500 bugs so even i bought 7 k of items from them they could allow meto change a 1 item that didn't fit to me. Its sad. I doubt hat i ever go there again .

What a comeback. Such a nice arrangement with a Huge collection. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Enough parking space available. Highly recommended.

Well stocked, good selection, but horrible and lazy staff, more like self service. Staff there from sales people to cashiers are very sleezy. A real turn off, if not a very good place to shop.

CIB is the worst robe seller i found and they refuse exchange USELESS robes sold by them while pretending as buddhists. Do Not recommend.

Prices and variety is good. But I am disappointed as the salesman informed me that I would get discount vouchers for purchases above 5000 and 10000.... I bought for 17000 plus, but the cashier said i was not eligible because 1 of the item I bought was discounted....so beware of their cheap marketing tricks...

Good place get your cloths and staff was not that friendly. They didn't gave any attention for few mins when we asked for help. Average service. Collection is good. (we went to the gents collection)
