    Very poor communication from Kandy service center. It has been almost a month since they took my Aircooler for repair and still didn't receive any proper correspondence even after inquiring about it several times through their customer hotline. It is better to purchase from a local vendor and repair it ourselves rather than depending on this type of high class penny pinchers.

    Had a Abans refrigerator for 2 years, when it stopped working, i went to the service center myself and asked a repair man to come down to fix it. When no one turned up, I took the fridge there with great difficulty. The reply from the “service center” staff was, “ we cannot repair the fridge, we don’t repair fridges..” Took it to a third party place and now it’s working fine. I will not recommend anyone to purchase anything from Abans.

I purchased the machine for 14000.00 ten years ago. And now they charge huge amount for old spare parts that is very unfair.

    The worst service centre i've ever seen..their technicians use cheap low quality parts for repairs and charge high amount of money.. If your friend is willing to buy something from abans tell him to think twice..If you get a repair in the warranty period,they charge for it giving very unreasonable facts.. THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD FROM A COMPANY

    I gave electric kettle to claim the warranty. They mentioned they will hand it over back in two days. Now its almost 5 days and I called them 3 times and visited the service center 2 times. Still they mentioning the item is not inspected. One of the worst customer experience of mine. I would recomend not to go here as they will waste your time.

    Service is awesome ...and the work is perfect nothing to complain about...thanks alot anush for your quick respond i really appreciate it...i always thought in srilankan companies customer service should be like this...customer should be always satisfied with the product and more importantly the service...i can say without a doubt im 100% satisfied with the service....cheers 🔥🔥🔥

    Gave an LG washing machine for service and clean as little mud & Sand were put inside by my 3 year old son (but machine which was 100% working well) they said they dismantle clean and give back the machine within 4 or 5 days. But they took long time but no response when ever I called they hardly answer the call, when ever they answer they say the technicians r busy and call me when it’s done, after abt 2 weeks they started lying saying some parts are missing (although the machine was never given for any Repires before, ) after about almost 25 days they called and said the machine was fixed and ready to pick. And they replaced my ‘hot water in pipe’ with ‘cool water in pipe’ as a little part of my cool water in pipe was already broken. (They didn’t replace a new part they used the same part which was in my machine as i had 2 Water (hot, cool) inputs ) charged me LKR2660/- for the service and finally when I brought the machine home and I still found mud & sand was inside when I opened it.so it was very obvious that They had not done any service or dismantled the machine but charged me for a complete service. When I called and report they said they will collect the machine within 24 hours and fix it, but so far more than 4 days no response.

    I call 3 time and they ask my details but still not send me job number or any call or message. Now 1 week a go. It’s very poor service.

    They fixed our ceiling fan quickly but didn’t inform us that the work was done. I had to call the abans hotline and confirm it and i couldn’t find a working tp number of them. I asked for a number from the hotline and that number didn’t work so I called the abans showroom in kandy town and asked for the number which also didn’t work, then I called the abans showroom in Pilimathalawa (from which we bought the fan) and asked for a number. They gave a number of the manager. He/she didn’t pick the phone but the number was working. It will be nice if they can contact us once the job is done and add a working telephone number on google.

    I went to the Abans service center to replace a part of my washing machine. I brought my old part with me. However, when they gave me the new part, I thought it didn't fit. I told them about my concern, but they checked it with my old part and said it was fine. Surprisingly, the price of the new part was higher than I expected. Since there were no other places to buy the parts, I reluctantly purchased them. Once I got home and tried installing the new part, I realized it was loose. The next day, I returned to the service center with both parts. They acknowledged that there was a slight difference between the two parts, but they claimed the new one was now the replacement for my old part. They mentioned that they couldn't refund the money and were unable to repair the part I had. Despite explaining that the new part didn't fit properly, they advised me to use it as it was. I left feeling extremely disappointed with their service. 😔🛠️

    Authorized service center for LG products in Sri Lanka. They undertake all kinds of repairs for household electrical appliances. Service is extremely good. Parking is available. Staff is friendly and supportive. Highly recommend.
