The girl in reception(short hair) very rude, do not respect to the customer..very bad behavior. Overall vision care is good, those kind people harm to the that picture

I will not recommend any person to visioncare Kandy they are cheating. Just wasting our time I had bad experience there and buy new lenses to same frame from Samarasinghe opticals.

Especially I must appreciate Ms Lakmali’s services. She was always very friendly, patient, explained everything very thoroughly and in detail taking a lot of time and cared a lot for her patients. I have been to vision care Kandy several times for my optical and hearing aid needs. Service that i have received so far is amazing. Staff is very friendly and specially Lakmali from audiology department is very help full and provide a great service. The store location is easy to access and convenient. Overall during these days they follow strict covid prevention rules and guide lines to protect the staff and customers. There is a wide selection to select from. Also price ranges are structured in a way where they provide a solution to anyone with any financial capability. Highly recommend to visit store for any optical and audiology needs.

Poor service from optometrist. Only one available who has to handle all the customers.Alot of people are waiting long hours. Somebody who is responsible has to take an action otherwise there is no difference between government Eye clinic and vision care. People pay a lot of money not to wait long hours.

Really bad service. A Len of -9 ordered and been a month and still not delivered.The person with this deficiency was sooo inconvenienced to spend the days without the specs. these people need to understand the need for this lens is so urgent without merely taking a blind eye on this. Really bad service. No point boasting about the level of business in Sri Lanka if they cant do this. The cost itself is more than other opticians yet very bad time taken...and still not delivered.

Terrible service. I ordered spectacles for my son on 19th December, I got the spectacles on 3rd after chasing a couple of times. I don't think I will ever visit Vision care KCC branch again.

One of their employee is very arrogant, I don't remember his name. He just ignored us... but one other employee was good at customer service... few employees like this will lead to downfall of the organization

They declared that they are doing free eye test as well as ear test. But it's not true they simply say if we need a report need to pay for the test😂. Due to this they lost two regular customers. My wife and I purchased two spectacles from another reputed optician in Kandy. ☺️

The best service I have got from MR Amil who is from the KCC branch. He gave a solution for a problem which I was facing for a long time . Price is expensive but the service is covering the price.
