Im a psychology undergraduate who wanted to persue my final year at ICBT. And on 26th April i walked in and spoked to a student counselor and he said they will be starting their batch in May! I as all excited and days passed and I tried Contacting them nd I received no responsible response. And after almost a month today they are responding to me the following - "The next batch will commence on November". "We don't have students for the May intake so we'll start the batch in November". I do understand your business is low, but that doesn't justify you make your students wait for ages! We students come to you with high enthusiasm and high expectations to learn and experience. But you don't treat us as students but u do as customers. You are killing the enthusiasm and morale the students have. And you also put them on mental imbalance. Which your activities like delayed response, and irresponsible way of handling students, we students experience Stress, anxiety and our drive to learn reduces as well. This is a very big mental burden on me as well. We dont like stuff getting delayed. Its very unfortunate incident from an institute which has its vision to be the greatest higher education provider in Asia. And another unfortunate incident is. I receive no note of apology for the irresponsible behavior of your student counselors. I missed soo many other intakes trusting the intake at ICBT! And i dont even get an apology from your counselors! Very great customer service! Cudos!

ICBT Kandy campus is one of the best higher education private campus to purse to your higher education. They are very genuine and transparent with their education systems. ICBT campus is the only campus in Kandy to have all the features equal to an international campus, starting from gym to recreation areas. Further more ICBT Kandy campus has high qualified lecturers and maintain their professionalism since day one, giving out the best service to the students.!!! Highly recommended!!!!

The only purpose built private Campus facility for higher studies in the region. It has all the facilities including Civil, Electrical Electronic, Biomedical Engineering & Biomedical Science labs along with IT labs. one of the best places to do your higher studies.

Guys this is the worst place to do the HND or your degree . Do not waste your time here . The staff is very unprofessional. They do not even care about students . And the most important thing is that their HNDs are not valuable at all. Very disappointed

Hi I’ve tried to register a course to my brother in law they did not respond properly and when we call them they keep on prosponding that ICBT will contact, but no one contacted and whenever we called them they are not answering the calls mostly and no call back, barely we able to reach them 2 times after several calls , service is terrible , this is for a startup foundation course, if they are not responding or taking any effort to accept the registration how we can trust and continue the higher studies ?????!! They dragged us for 2 months and not even a single reply from them, this is terrible and I have not overcome this kind of careness in any other campus or institute, I’m not going to register him anyways with ICBT there is well reputated and institute to continue the studies, I’m writing this because no one should waste there valuable times waiting for them, think twice before you register,

I currently sense a decline in the maintenance of quality and standards compared to earlier times. The challenge lies not in infrastructure or resources but in quality management.
