The vision center is a crowded place with customers very often. Their service doesn't even deserve a star. The sales girls behave as if it's a government service. They are rude and unhelpful. I still continue to go because been taking specs from them since i was sixteen and never changed. They have relatively trendy spectacle frames. But i hate going there 🤮

Very much disappointed with the customer service. For the first time im experiencing a very poor service in a private medical center. The staffs are so rude and not respecting the customers. Even while attending calls they are shouting at the callers. We come there to consult the doctor not get scolds from them. So how can we expect a good service from this well renowned center. Please train your staffs (specially who are in the reception) to talk pleasant with people and give respect. Also not to waste our time.

Horrible technician.I had to take the vision test twice because of the technician's carelessness. Even on the second time he didn't do it right. Because of that I had to buy another lens after two months. Try to be more responsible and respectful when you're dealing with your customers.

I am sorry to say this Naveen ,Your service is going down .The sales person with the name tag Anusha teach her some hospitality she is quite old employee I think, but ,The way she talks , she doesn't want me to come there again. My family and I come there because of you.

I have been there since I'm 8 years old. Now I'm 32y old. They never stop satisfying me with their collection of frames. All the branded frames are expensive but very beautiful and you can find at least 2 or 3 frames that suit you, if the one you like is lot expensive. You never going to get disheartened with the frames. Staff is also really good to me. They know me by my name. Very friendly, helps to find new frames that suits you and give good comments. I know the owner personally. May be because of that. 🤞🙂

Bad hospitality with bad customer service & Staff. I am your Very Old customer since 2010. But the new staff is the worst. I was there for half an hour, but the people who came after me, checked. I am Having been a customer for 13 years, I am very sorry for your hospitality.

I visited yesterday, prices are very cheap. The check up was fast and I was out in <15 minutes. I didn’t like the customer service though. During billing, I was asked to move chairs, then stand up. No smiles, sad looking faces. If you want to bill someone else while I’m still waiting for my bill, maybe you should get another billing counter instead of asking me to stand or move. I would be willing to pay higher prices if the service was better. I don’t go there for their price.
