I have not been to a dentist for a long time. But I’ve had a lot in my time. This was the friendliest, fastest, most educational experience I’ve had at the dentist office. They were very thorough and explaining to me what needs to be done and how much it will cost. They were very respectful as to what I authorized to go forward with. That meant a lot to me. I never felt pressured about anything. The hygienist guided me through what she was doing the whole time. The front office staff very helpful and informative. Thank you very much Rainbow Dental. I will definitely be referring people your way.

Rainbow Dental fit me in quickly for an appointment, AND was able to accommodate me for the start of crown work on the same day!! Will not return. Would not recommend here to anyone unless you would like to be treated without respect. It started with three calls to come in early as to which I answered every call and stated I could not because I work. So one, they don’t communicate in the front desk or note my account. I went in, the receptionists were playing and the lights went out. Went in the back to get my cleaning, I told the hygienist I did not want X-rays. I was interrogated and questioned why not, after ten different answers because a simple “no” would not suffice I signed a waiver. Why I would need to explain myself to anyone is behind me. Cleaning was thorough, here comes the dentist. Female. No introductions, just that she can’t do an exam without X-rays. I stated several times to the hygienist and her if it was necessary after the exam I would. I don’t expose myself to unnecessary radiation for medical and personal reasons and more. Although signing the waiver, I was still subject to X-rays. I didn’t agree as the lead apron was placed on me. Before I even decided I wanted to leave without completing my NEW PATIENT exam she placed the apron on me and began to start doing X-rays. I worked as a dental assistant for five years, I know that exams can be done and most ethical doctors will respect a patients wishes. No, not here. Complied to my X-rays irritated. Finished my exam. Found out I had cavities. Explained I had a bad experience where I could not get numb and was drilled feeling everything in my nerves as an adult about two years ago pregnant. Said “not looking forward to it” to which the dentist responded “me neither”. Will not be returning. This is how they treat NEW PATIENTS, first impression, no honoring or respecting an individual’s wishes. Why would I return and expect them to care while they drill and place needles in me? I’m a mother. You don’t care for something small you won’t care for something big. Sign says to leave a Google review for a $5 gift card we’ll hear you go. Receptionists stated if I include their name they also get a gift card as well. This office needs to get their act together and realize the reason they get paid and keep their lights on are returning patients paid by insurance. They are ignorant, inept and downright rude. Would not recommend anyone to return. To add I was texted five times enrolled in their text subscription to which I responded STOP several to which I was “unenrolled” only to continue receiving a boatloads of texts as well as how was my visit after my cleaning. Outstanding dental service's, front desk receptionist Miranda and Titan are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable in their duties. All the staff Donna, Jovet, Sharron, and Zeliahare all great. More importantly is this is a dental office that cares and listens to the patient. Try them out if you need dental care Dr Shmidt is awesome!!

Never had any problems with this dental office. Professional and friendly staff all.around. Awesome hygienist and Dr Schmidt is a very caring and excellent dentist who advises on treatment plan as needed. Great dental office!!
