The Ivory is a pleasant place to stay. It is nestled away in the quiet and charming hillock above the Dal lake. Our recent stay here was a delight with all its facilities and amenities. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable and warm. Would highly recommend this stay.

The perfect place to stay in Srinagar! My stay at the Ivory was as pleasant as it could be. The spacious rooms, beautiful location, service was fantastic. Have to recommend the chef for the lovely food that made home closer to us. Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Ishfaq were helpful throughout and got us whatever we needed. Overall a solid 10/10 recommend.

This hotel is a new property so looks good to stay however here are few plus and minus points as per my three days stay in the hotel. Plus points a. Good staff - Very friendly staff from the time of welcome to good bye. b. Food - Delicious and you will not feel that you are away from your home town food. You can get the same taste. c. Property - From outside its a clean property. Rooms are also maintained in a good way. Minus points a. Electricity issues - Very frequent power cut makes a little uncomfortable as you may be planning for a day trip and you may find in morning that no electricity for geaser etc. However for TV and other low electicity consumption items you will have back up. b. Location too far - This hotel is almost 8-9km far from the dal lake plus the road is narrow (single lane) which consumes your easily half an hour to reach the hotel from city. So, don't forget to add your extra time to go or come back from hotel. c. Room - Require a bit for cleanliness as I find a lot of dust under the bed and I was little concerned as I travelled with 2 year kid. So, here the hotel staff may look for improvement. But all in all a good hotel if location is not an issue for you and if you are not really concerned of outside scenery view (I personally found no scenic mountain view or lake view from here).

I was skeptical about this property as it was close to the forest. But that turned out to be the best part. The calmness of the property is really soothing. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Ghulam mohammed and team are managing this property quite well. There was a variety of menu for breakfast and dinner which was totally unexpected. Overall my stay with my friends was exceptionally beautiful! Thanks bilal bhai for serving us hot and fresh food!

Place is beautiful and Had pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and neat with amenities like electric beds, heaters. Special mention to Aakib and ishfaq who become our brothers and took care of us in great way. Miss you guys!

Had an amazing stay at The Ivory in Srinagar! The rooms were spacious, the food was delicious, and the hospitality was outstanding. Ishfaq Bhai and Akib were incredibly friendly and made us feel like family. Highly recommend this hotel for a warm and welcoming experience in Kashmir!
