Dont ever go to this place! It was bad experience for me. I had hair color done for grey coverage. Initially, they don't want to do root coverage in my hair, so they forced to do it my whole hair area. After doing grey coverage, when I got home, I noticed only the top of my forehead was touched with color. They're not even replied to my concern after I informed them. Now, they are not picking my call.

Don't go for lyra saloon it's worst money aswell as their service was so poor.Recently I booked a service for my brother's wedding 1 week before the marriage ceremony and also paid the advance amount through online.But they doesn't followup on the particular day.When the function was at 9 am ,I booked them for sharp 6 am and I called them several times they couldn't attend it ..again ana again called finally they pickup the call and forget about my service. So they arranged someone however they came at 8 am only 1 hr left for the wedding.. the service team was so poor they provide a bad team for me.. worst hairstyle aswell as saree drapping ..I have ever had plz its an insult to charge what they did for the service received. . I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free manicure. They are desperate for customers and I see why.I missed all the beginning functions of wedding ceremony...bcoz of this salon ..it was a worst experience for me.

Poor management!! I wanted to book them for a marriage function in Guruvayoor. They had asked me to send an advance of Rs 500 . Though they had not sent me the number to send the money to, I had send it to them to the number they had messaged. But later they mentioned that account is handled by many people so they don't know to which account that money went to. I made a mistake by sending it to their number without asking but I don't know which salons operate like this where they have a number which can be handled by all people including their previous employees. Such a bad management! And they are not able to track the money also and just like that I lost my 500 bucks.

The services are so good as they treat us with all respect and care. I felt very homely and the services were upto the mark and money worth. I have taken 699 offer and separately spa option both were awesome. The staff's too were so friendly. Me and my aunt, we both really loved the after results ad would definitely recommend to all.

Being a person who rarely wear traditional outfits and make up, I was very much worried about my bridal look.. The muhurtham was at 7.30 AM, I asked them to come by 3AM, and they arrieved even earlier (by 2.45am) . It's really important for a girl to be confident about her looks on her wedding day. And, Thank you so much LYRA for making my day beautiful... ❤ totally impressed by their service, professionalism and polite attitude.. Highly recommended for bridal services

We booked MAC products make up, but they didn't even use one product of MAC which is highly priced. We asked for simple and light makeup look and they made it like dancer kinda look. It was a very bad experience. Even though I was giving opinion, that lady was not even listening, instead, they were trying to console me. On top of that, they came very late for makeup, so didn't have time to ask to change the whole look. They completed one hour late.

I am truly impressed by the service offered by lyra.i done facials and had a very good experience. Their way of explanation of the service and general management should follow after the facials is great . It's is very unique and I didn't see this before. There way of approach towards the customer is appreciable. All the best lyra. Thankuuu for the service
