A simple battery change took almost 30 mins during which one had to sit in an enclosed waiting area with out any ac or fan. Did not expect Reliance to be so user unfriendly.

I am really disappointed by this jio customer care...no appointments....no record of visitors....waiting for more than 1 hr 45 minute outside office in hot climate....no enough chairs for customers to sit .....no one to keep them with social distancing....so crowded.... need an improvisation from their part.....my earlier experience was not this much bad...but this time...I really can't appreciate Ur service....the staff have no time to clear customer s doubts ....all r busy....especially for older citizens....plz take time n explain them about WiFi rooter, jiofi, jio fibre ...etc...that's what CARE means literally ...

Good Service, but WORST Customer Care..!! I went there today for a replacement of a broken modem by 2.55pm and made to wait till 3.30pm at that hot and humid corridor to get an answer that the modem is out of stock..!! On reaching there the lady sitting at front office asked me my need and without listening to my answer she just made a call in the intercom and told ‘customer is there’. The very next moment she was lost into her mobile phone and her personal world. No further attention was given to the prolonged waiting. After half an hour of waiting the service guy (he was busy with another issue, I hope) came and he was polite and helpful. I just wanted to know about the replacement charges for the modem, that’s all. When I complained him that this minor information could have been given by the front office, the lady was giving an attitude. I think the service at that place is good as I had gone there earlier too, but they need to understand the meaning of the word ‘Customer Care’...

Waited for one and half hour for a simple battery change. No body is bothered for customer service.Only interest for selling new connections...

Staff behavior is good....and it's on the 8th floor of the building.

The service executives provide the customer with their mobile numbers,but none of the mobiles are ever in switched ON state.Next to impossible to reach any of the staff mobile numbers.You just need to wait for them to call you back.Weird place.The place gives you no acknowledgement of the devices when they are handed over for service and they say it is standard practice-really?!Well you dont have an alternate option,so unless Reliance decides to crack the whip and set the house in order,one can only crib and write reviews and hope some day things may change for the better at this location!
