The Zen Park is newly built hotel. The rooms and service were great. They have an attached bar called the Sojen bar which served some really fun side dishes for the drinks we ordered. The food at their restaurant was of great taste and good quality. The only negative I faced was the location. The hotel is situated very far from the city center and takes a long time to reach from the highway. They could also improve their breakfast options. Overall, a good experience.

Overall good stay. Rooms are spacious and very clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was complimentary only for one day and informed us after we ate. We stayed for 2 nights.

Pathetic room service and staff. Even after paying 750 rupees extra for a separate bed for my friend the room service guy totally denied to get an extra towel We asked for two water bottles and the canteen guy humiliated us by saying you have to pay extra for water more than 100 times despite clearing everything in the starting. Good evening..I had an opportunity to stay at zen park today. Starting with reception headed by humble Samson ji and Harish ji were so nice to invite and accomodate all our concers. Rooms were spot clean and neatly everything was arranged. Had a good sleep and after hectic schedule completed my stay at the hotel.. The location was central periyanaickenpalayam . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room & banquet hall was really nice and modern. Came from Singapore for wedding. Nice room. Though on our 2nd last day and last day we had access card issues which the staff reactivate for us. And on our last day we went for wedding and before that we couldn't lock that door even the staff tried..please look into ur door security. Other than that nice hotel.
