We ordered a chocolate cake, they served it warm. I took a bite and it tasted so weird and asked my partner to taste, after having a bite we both realised that the cake was stale and so dry. It was literally hard as a rock. When we spoke about this to the store manager, he said all the cakes are like this and did not even try to understand what we were trying to convey. He was extremely rude and said we ate half the cake . No human could have had that cake , he compelled us to take another replacement and did not give us a refund. I don't understand why have such rude behaviour when you are dealing with customers. Especially when the product/service you are offering is not upto the mark. I will send an official complaint against this too. I did get a replacement, but wasn't able to eat that as well, because it was bad too. So i pay money for my dessert, get disappointed and also take unnecessary attitude from the store manager???

I usually visit CCD for their ambiance rather their food or beverages. Visited this place to spend some time at phoenix market city but was really disappointed with the cleanliness and hygiene maintained. The corners aren’t cleaned properly and you could see baby insects crawling and roaming freely on the floor. I know the cafe is quite busy with lots of customers but there isn’t any excuse with the cleanliness to be maintained when you are known for your hospitality and customer services. Hope we will see some improvements in maintaining the hygienic atmosphere in the cafe area in coming days

Visited thrice. All the three times, had Hazelnut Cappuchino. Service remained dispassionate and disengaged all the 3 times, as if they do not care if customers come and go. Guys, it doesn't cost you to smile, at the very least. As for the coffee, I love their coffee, but the presentation is very poor. Cups are dirty and botched at the botton, there are traces of overspilled coffee that they have not bothered to wipe, chocolate powder sprinkled in haphazard way...all this does not spell out customer service and satisfaction. Not done. I will take my business elsewhere.

Most elegant cafe with friendly staff. CCD maintains its standard wherever you find it, no matter what the place is but they will keep it elegant and comfy. Great service and Great Coffee

Big but nicely maintained outlet. Staff behaviour is nice. All CCD outlet food taste same. So no need to write about food. If you are looking for a quiet place to hang out with someone then you can visit here. If you are looking for good coffee as compared to its price tag then there are many another place which serves very nice coffee nearby. Service is very slow.

Food got cold. It was prepared and kept on the table. I was sitting, no one called like it happens in Starbucks. Call the customer, so the order can collected when it’s still hot. Disappointed. Small things go big way.
